In 2016,mainland China began a new round of curriculum design and practice under the guidance of "key competencies".Textbooks are important blueprints for the implementation of national initiatives, but the in-depth study of physics is relatively lacking.Considering that the 2017 curriculum standard changes electrostatics from elective 3 to compulsory 3,this paper makes a comparative study on the electrostatics part of six sets of textbooks at home and abroad, excavates the compiling characteristics of each textbook, and puts forward the methods and strategies to implement the key competencies into the practical physics teaching,so as to provide a clearer perspective for textbook writers to examine and evaluate scientific contentThis study summarizes textbook research and electrostatics research, and finds that the study shows an upward trend, and the research groups are scattered. In the comparative study of physics textbooks, both horizontal and vertical are involved, and the research objects are extensive. In view of the use of textbooks, this study selects six sets of textbooks, which are respectively published by,namely,PEP Edition,Shandong Science and Technology Press Edition,Shanghai Science and Technology Press Edition,British A-LEVEL textbook, the United States Physics:Principles and Problems, and Canadian textbook called Physics(Nelson City),aiming to compare and analyze the text presentation of the six sets of textbooksAccording to the curriculum standard(2017 edition)and key competencies research on physics, the textbook evaluation framework and the difficulty evaluation indicators for textbook exercises are determined.By comparing the content structure frame of electrostatics from the angle of title presentation,it is found that the textbook compiling system is different, which,to a certain extent, helps students to grasp the content frame macroscopically, integrate the knowledge content and change the concept.Through statistical analysis of the electrostatic learning column settings of the 6 sets of textbooks, each textbook, though each owning its key point whiling being compiling, problems, methods and other content design is not enough refined.Counting the number of knowledge points and drawing the unit knowledge context diagram, each textbook carries on the expanded content design on the basis of paying attention to its key point.By comparing and analyzing the arrangement of the important knowledge points of electrostatics, the following results can be gotten:the introduction and expression of concepts and laws are mostly scientific and logical. The arrangements of demonstration experiment and students' experiment setup are flexible, scientific, expandable and innovative. The content of inquiry and the research subject are life-oriented and time-changing.Examples and exercises in the textbooks have the function of helping students to pass through their knowledge and inductive methods. It is also suggested that follow-up textbooks should be compiled with a network link and a library of exercises referrnng to the original physical problems should be set up.In this study, the textbook evaluation index needs to be refined, the width and depth of text analysis need to be strengthened, and the evaluation and comparison system of textbooks need to be enriched.
