Synergetic Strategies In College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,people pay much attention to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among college students.At this stage,taking the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship development of Nanjing University students as an example,it can be concluded that the synergy mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship has been deepened and the synergy effect is remarkable.However,the overall situation is still very serious.It is not only difficult to meet the expectations of college students,but also the willingness and motivation of the government,universities and enterprises to agree to a large extent comes from the vertical promotion of national policies.The enthusiasm of the tripartite synergism still needs to be improved.Synergy system of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students is open,non-equilibrium,non-linear interaction and obvious fluctuation,which is in good agreement with the theory of synergetic.Based on the synergetic analysis tools provided by synergetic theory,the three-dimensional perspective of the government,universities and enterprises provided by the three-helix theory,and the analysis direction of the enterprise life cycle stage provided by the enterprise life cycle theory,this paper puts forward the main subject-process analysis framework of the synergetic strategy research in the process of Nanjing University students'innovation and entrepreneurship.Using the order parameter and recognition principle of synergetic theory,this paper identifies the order parameters of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship to achieve synergy:common goal,information sharing,resource integration and system guarantee.On the basis of order parameter identification,the main problems of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship synergy are analyzed under the framework of subject-process analysis:diversification of interest demands,passivation of synergy concept,insufficient horizontal information communication,uneven disclosure of information,insufficient investment in resources,decentralization of access to resources and so on.Problems,such as insufficient legal protection and authority of coordination system,hinder the further deepening of synergy.In order to promote the orderly development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in the future,we should actively incubate and nurture order parameters,shape the common goal,build information sharing,integrate multi-subject resource cohesion,improve the system organization and guarantee the results of collaboration.Specific ways to achieve conceptual synergy;interests coordination;optimization and upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education;school-local government co-construction of open and shared service platform;establishment and improvement of the policy matrix of dual-innovation support service system;establishment of University Students'innovation and entrepreneurship alliance;promotion of multi-level database platform construction;construction of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship think tank support system.
