Test anxiety is a series of abnormal psychological reactions caused by excessive stress.Test anxiety has always been an important part of school mental health education research.In view of the serious shortage of teachers of mental health education in some schools at present,and the cognitive deviation of some students in psychological counseling and counseling,there are two kinds of ways to alleviate the anxiety of high school students,namely,individual counseling and group counseling,in view of the serious shortage of teachers in mental health education in some schools.Compared with individual guidance,the form of group counseling is not only efficient,but also more easily accepted by students.At the same time,because of the universal,altruistic,interpersonal learning,experience transfer and other effective factors in group counseling,it is easier to achieve it.and receive a satisfactory effect.The so-called group counseling refers to a form of psychological guidance which is carried out under the circumstances of the group.This paper attempts to apply group counseling to the practice of mental health education in senior high school students.The main purpose of the study is to understand the current situation and main influencing factors of high school students’ test anxiety,and to explore the effectiveness of group psychological counseling in improving high school students’ test anxiety.It provides a practical plan for the intervention research of high school students’ test anxiety.In this study,610 high school students were taken as general test subjects to understand the anxiety level of these students.88 high school freshmen were used as intervention objects,and the pretest and post test design was used to carry out group psychological counseling for two months.The Sarason test anxiety scale(TAS)and the self-made subjective evaluation questionnaire were used as the measuring tools.The results show that:(1)The average score of high school students’ test anxiety was 18.54.(2)Senior high school students’ test anxiety The percentages at mild,moderate and high levels were 24.4%,42.6% and 32.9%,respectively.The proportion of moderate anxiety is the highest.(3)2 groups counseling can effectively alleviate the test anxiety level of high school students,so educators should attach great importance to the test anxiety of high school students,and suggest that group counseling should be adopted to alleviate the test anxiety of high school students. |
