An Application Research On The Order-oriented Talent Cultivation Model In Middle Vocational Schools Basing On Enterprises Views

The order-oriented talent training model has appeared in China for more than ten years.It is an education model for schools to cultivate talents according to the talent demands of enterprises.The schools and enterprises cooperate in students' talent training process and education contents.This model can achieve a win-win situation for enterprises,schools and graduates.It proves to be theoretically and practically a talent training model suitable for China's actual situation.However,though the order-oriented talent training model has been very popular among schools especially vocational schools ever since it appeared,it has not been widely applied in most enterprises in China so far.It shows conflicts of “schools hot” but “enterprises cold”situation.People can't help but thinking about the factors that affect the applications of this model in enterprises.Therefore,this paper is focuses on the application research of the middle vocational schools order oriented cultivation to enterprises.Firstly this paper used the literature survey method to analyze the current development status and the theories related to the order-oriented talent training model.It combined the questionnaire survey method to collect the enterprise's understandings and views on the model.And then the paper used interview method to investigate the difficulties for enterprises to carry out the model.In these ways to summarize what factors affect the applications of the order-oriented talent cultivation model among enterprises.In order to analyze the specific problems,this paper selected a pillar industry of Guangdong Province,as well as the high-tech industry---LED lighting industry as the research object.It selected an LED lighting company that has experience of using order-oriented talent cultivation model to work with a vocational school.Also it studied the jobs demands of the whole LED lighting industry,and analyzed how to promote the applications of order-oriented talent cultivation model to more enterprises.It studied what problems will encounter during the application,and explore countermeasures.The research of this paper could be used as an application example of the order-oriented talent training model into the local characteristic pillar economy.The research results could be used as reference for other enterprises and new industries,which helps the secondary vocational schools actively construct the order-oriented talent training model.And the application of this model in the enterprises can be promoted by the experiences introduction of this paper.
