Legal Regulations For Order-Oriented Cultivation Of Higher Vocational-Education

Along with the unceasing development and reform of the higher vocational-education,the Order-oriented cultivation pattern has been approved by the society and obtains the Educational department's vigorously promotion.But at the same time various problems have gong with the Order-oriented cultivation pattern.Because it lacks the regulations of law and the necessary system of it is imperfect.Through out positivist and contrast method,this paper systematically proposed concrete suggestions on the legal regulations of the Order-oriented cultivation,based on scientific and systematical analysis of it.This article divides into three parts.Firstly,it analyzed the necessary of legal regulations for Order-oriented cultivation pattern,through the induction and the summary to the problems from it.Secondly,it analyzed the legal relationship between "School-student - enterprise",because the legal analysis to it is insufficient in reality.It provided the theoretical support of law to the regulations for Order-oriented cultivation.Thirdly,to solve the problems appeared in reality it proposed comprehensive and specific measures to the regulations for Order-oriented,which includes the principles should be persisted,the regulations for the contract of Order-oriented cultivation,the supervision on cultivation process and the necessary system about Order-oriented cultivation.
