Practice And Exploration Of "Order - Style" Personnel Training In Secondary Vocational Schools

The secondary occupation education is the basic part of education occupation, is most closely to education as a kind of social and economic ties. It undertakes the training of front-line technical and applied talents for our mission. Our country to the technical talents, especially high skilled people lack. With the development of our national economy, talents training of secondary occupation education problem will be more obvious. With the continuous increase of talents training mode reform of secondary vocational school, a kind of new talent cultivation mode--"order form" mode is widely used. Orders of talent training pattern is obtained through long-term practice of the most advantageous mode. Take the "order" training school enterprise cooperation Road, path of reform in the secondary vocational school is the most effective.In this paper, the author through the secondary vocational education in six years of work experience, to the author’s unit of Qujing senior technical school as a case. Using comparative method, interview method, literature method and so on to the "order type" training implementation of the whole process analysis, provide reference for the perfection of the model. This paper is divided into three parts, the first step of the proposed problems, and systematically elaborated the "order type" talents training mode of the related concepts, characteristics, significance and feasibility of implementing.
