| With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous upgrading of industry in the world,the demand for talent specifications is also constantly upgrading,which puts forward higher requirements for talent training in vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools must adapt to the changing social needs,accelerate the reform of the talent training model,continuously improve the quality of talent training,and train and deliver more qualified talents for production,service,management and other front-line positions in our country.This study takes the "order-type" talent training model of China's vocational schools as the research object,and takes the Dalian Ocean Shipping Order Class of the S vocational school in Henan Province as the research case.On the basis of case analysis and investigation,the problems and causes of the current "order-type" talent training model in vocational schools are summarized and analyzed,and optimized countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.This research can provide reference for the optimization of the talent training model in vocational schools and the cooperation between the vocational schools and enterprises in developing order talents.The study used a questionnaire survey method and took Dalian Ocean Shipping Order Cooperative Enterprises,School Teachers,and Order Class students of S Secondary Vocational School in Henan Province as the research objects.The main problems of the "order-type" talent training model in secondary vocational schools are as follows: The position corresponding to the enterprise's order does not match the students' professional interests and career development plans;the order class curriculum system is difficult to meet the needs of enterprise talent customization;the "double qualified" teacher is scarce;the order class internship training venue is generally insufficient;the order class Teaching management is not strict enough;relevant laws and supervision mechanisms are not perfect,school and enterprise cooperation agreements can not guarantee effectiveness,etc.In view of the main problems,we should focus on optimizing the "order-type" talent training model of vocational schools from the following aspects: establishing a scientific concept for vocational talent training;scientifically formulating the "order-type" talent training program;constantly improving the "order-style" curriculum system for talent training;building a "double-qualified" teacher team between schools and enterprises;being strict on teaching management and the reform of the student evaluation mechanism;vigorously strengthening the construction of internship training base;continuously improving student employment quality and service satisfaction;giving full play to the government's guidance,guarantee and coordination functions. |
