Teaching resource fulness is not only the ability of teachers to meet the “surprise” situation quickly and flexibly to solve problems,but also the ability of teachers to grasp the classroom resources and create independently according to the various teaching situations.It is a basic and important subject of quality education for students and the main channel of spreading national ideology.The cultivation and application of teaching tact is particularly important in the ideological and political teaching of modern high school.The teaching tact of ideological and political course in senior high school has the characteristics of political orientation,moral and intellectual symbiosis,thinking and the times.On the basis of the existing research,through classroom observation and teacher interviews,we find out the factors that affect the tact of ideological and political teaching in senior high school.It includes teachers' moral accomplishment,knowledge,teaching experience and habit,teaching reflection and teachers' psychological quality.Objectively speaking,it includes teacher-student relationship,classroom atmosphere,and teaching opportunity and so on.High school ideological and political teachers still have many problems in the process of using teaching tact,which are mainly insufficient use of active teaching tact,emphasis on knowledge imparting and weak awareness of teaching timing.The reasons mainly include that some teachers' teaching tact cognition is not comprehensive enough,teachers' professional quality needs to be improved,teachers' teaching practice reflection is insufficient,existing teachers' teaching evaluation standards and teachers' continuing education system are not perfect and so on.In order to play the role of teaching tact in high school ideological and political classroom timely and effectively,and improve the level of using teaching tact,teachers must set up scientific educational ideas and comprehensive teaching tact concepts from the perspective of educational and teaching concepts.From the perspective of professional literacy,teachers should constantly improve their professional moral literacy,knowledge literacy,as well as teachers' ability literacy.From the point of view of classroom teaching,teachers should focus on creating a "life-oriented" teaching situation,learn to build up an "artistic" teaching style,constantly cultivate "questioning" teaching methods,and diligently capture the best teaching opportunities,and constantly strengthen the reflection of teaching practice.Finally,we should improve the evaluation standard of teachers 'teaching ability,improve the system of teachers' continuing education,and create a democratic and harmonious school system culture environment.At present,the research on the use of tact in ideological and political teaching in senior high school is still very limited.Only by paying enough attention to teaching tact can we hope to provide a suitable environment and ground for teachers to generate teaching tact.Only in this way can we constantly strengthen the application of teaching tact in the teaching of ideology and politics in senior high school.
