The ideological and political course of the senior high school is an open and dynamical system, which the accidental and random events sometimes take place. Teachers should settle accidental events well, maintain the classroom order by making full use of the curriculum resources to invoke teaching tact and complete teaching tasks creatively to achieve the high-quality teaching. This is one of momentous qualities that each excellent teacher should possess, and is also one of hot topics in current education reform. It is thus clear that whether he (she) can invoke teaching tact has become a very important symbol to weigh whether he (she) is mature enough.The thesis mainly talks about the definition of the teaching tact in high school classroom of ideological and political course, the influencing factors and how to cultivate. The whole thesis consists of the following three parts:First, the definition of teaching tact of the ideological and political course in high school classroom. It means the creative act quickly made by teachers to help students to acquire positive world outlook, philosophy of life and values, when teaching the basic theory of Marxism, the party and state principles and policies, which are practical, situational, educational, creative and so on. From the view of teachers, teaching tact divides into two categories---the passive tact and the active teaching tact, which the latter is a higher realm. The political course is the unique moral educational curriculum in the senior high school. Therefore, teachers should care about the morality education, the sociality and the contemporaneity.Second, the influencing factors of teaching tact of the ideological and political course in high school classroom. Because teaching tact comes from classroom teaching, the influencing factors should be limited to classroom teaching. So it should contain teachers---the key factor and the teaching situation. More specifically, the influencing factors contain the quality of teachers, the participation of students, the teaching times and the class atmosphere in the teaching situation.Third, the cultivation of teaching tact of the ideological and political course in high school classroom. The teaching tact is not ability, still less a skill, and there is no ready-made teaching tact to study and to use for reference. The cultivation mentioned here is not to ensure teaching tact take place under some conditions, but help promote the occurrence of teaching tact under these conditions. Teacher is the key factor in this process. Hence for teachers, mastering the advanced educational philosophy, shaping the excellent teachers’character, forming a good thinking pattern, building a positive environment and being skilled in teaching reflection are useful to promote and induce the teaching tact.The author sincerely hope that the study can help the high school politics teachers understand the influencing factors of teaching tact, grasp the training strategy, and moreover improve classroom efficiency in order to achieve the high-quality teaching.
