The transformation of classroom teaching from a technical concept to a practical view is the opportunity for the tact of teaching. Under the concept of instructional technology, the tact of teaching is understood as handling accidents departure from the goals. When teaching recovery is a practice, it is defined as the face of surprise, fit the context improvisation. Ideological and political class teachers need to have the tact of teaching. And Given the ideological and political discipline of political, social, philosophical, the tact of ideological and political class teachers’teaching is more unique because of its complex context.The tact of teaching is to do with the specific teaching situation s, and it is attributed to the capacity and quality of the ideological and political teachers in the complex situation of classroom teaching situation in the ideological and political class. Therefore, its generation and play are not only closely related with the classroom situation, but also with teachers’ talent and personality, emotion and intention, knowledge and skills. It includes Visionary teaching design, Tact behavior to cultivate, the persistence of practical reflection and Experts to lead, the peer mutual aid, Resource sharing and so on.
