The Research On Media Literacy Of Adolescents In Network Collective Action Partcipation

During the transitional period,social contradictions are increasingly prominent.Because of the low cost and low risk,network collective action is widely used by the public.Young people have a strong desire for social participation and often participate in the collective action of the network.Limited by age,knowledge,literacy and other factors,they tend to show poor performance of network participation and low network media literacy.In July 2018,the production process of rabies vaccine produced by Changchun Changsheng biotechnology co.,ltd.was found to have been faked,and the "Changchun Changsheng vaccine incident" network collective action broke out.By sorting out the event process at different stages such as its origin,development,outbreak and quieting,this paper further analyzes the situation of network attention,the characteristics of public opinion communication and the views of major public opinions.Thus,the social structure characteristics,emotional expression and behavioral characteristics of the network groups involved in this event are analyzed,and the main influencing factors of the group network participation performance are summarized as follows.First,prefer forwarding and opinion leaders play a prominent role.Second,people have stereotypes and questioning thoughts about the government.Third,group resentment leads to network collective action.In view of these factors,a questionnaire on Changchun Changsheng vaccine incident was designed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the participants' time awareness,participation motivation,participation attitude and participation performance.In this paper,SPSS 22.0 software was used to process the questionnaire data and cross-analyze and compare the survey results among different age groups.Through the network media literacy in the online collective action participation of "Changchun vaccine event",the existing network media literacy problems of teenagers were analyzed.First,network dependence is deep.Second,weak ability to obtain/retrieve information.Third,the psychology that resists to authoritative information is relatively heavy.Fourth,poor ability to distinguish and understand information.Fifth,lack of independent rational thinking.Sixth,the intention of social participation is strong but the goal of participation is unclear.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the methods to improve teenagers' network media literacy from the perspective of network collective action.Five new approaches to social work were proposed as follows.First,assist the government to build a good network environment.Second,assist the platform to strengthen network media information filtering.Third,participate in improving the network media literacy education system.Fourth,help parents play to the advantages of family education.Fifth,help adolescents enhance their personal development.Giving full play to the professional advantages of social work,this paper discusses the feasible promotion strategies of social work in various paths.This study proposes several feasible paths to maintain the rights of young people,promote the development of young people,resolve social contradictions,promote social harmony and stability put forward feasible path,help to promote the application of social work in network governance.This fits the concept of network governance proposed by the 19 th CPC national congress,which is innovative and cutting-edge to a certain extent.
