A hundred years of life,based on early childhood,the learning and growth of early childhood is related to the whole life journey of the young child and the overall development of the individual.The park is a century old and focuses on the head of the school.The establishment and development of the kindergarten is inseparable from the planning and ability of the director.In addition,the promulgation of the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Directors",the professionalism of the kindergarten director and the development of the development plan have received much attention.In pursuit of the wave of the times,the existing literature has found that current development planning research is mostly concentrated in the field of higher education,and there is little involvement in the field of preschool education.In view of the professionalism of the director’s duties,the importance of development planning,and the one-sidedness of the research field,this study attempts to explore the problems existing in the development of kindergarten development planning by private kindergarten directors,and strives to overcome obstacles and help private kindergartens to be sustainable,healthy and stable.development of.Compared with public kindergartens,the development of private kindergartens is more diverse and complex.Therefore,This study takes the director of Y City Urban Private Park as the survey object,combines the theoretical research of school development planning and kindergarten development planning,and uses the questionnaire method,interview method and observation method to conduct empirical research on the development planning of the private park garden park.Investigate and explore the problems of the director of the private park in analyzing the status quo,establishing goals,communicating and coordinating,and formulating the safeguard system when formulating the development plan of the park.After investigation and research,it is found that the current director of the urban private park in Y City has the following problems in the development of kindergarten development plan: first,insufficient understanding of the connotation development of the park;second,the development goal of the park is unreasonable;third,plural The main body is involved in the absence;fourth,the corresponding safeguard measures are not perfect.Based on this,an attribution analysis of the above problems was carried out to find out the crux of the problem.The research finds that the root cause of the problem lies in: the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the head of the private park is unclear and the challenge is not accurate,which leads to the lack of ability of the director to analyze the situation of the garden;because the relevant concepts are unclear,the analysis of the current situation of the park is not in place,resulting in the park The development goals are vague;the lack of communication and coordination ability of the directors who are busy with the director’s affairs and the weak communication and coordination ability of the directors,and the lack of support in the kindergartens’ faculty and staff,and the difficulty in running the park funds are not supported.In view of the above reasons,this study,from the perspective of the education department and the head of the private park,comprehensively considers the existing problems and the root causes,and proposes relevant optimization strategies.The specific expression is that the education authorities improve the professional level of the head of the private park by carrying out the training of the director based on the PBL model and improving the effectiveness of the training of the director.At the level of the director,look for the orientation of the park,define development goals,build a community of parks,achieve multiple participation and multiple measures,and improve the security system.The aim is to help the head of the private park to solve the problems in the development planning of the park,to clarify the development direction of the park,to strengthen the standardized management of the park,to promote the quality of education,and to achieve the sustainable development of private kindergartens.
