This thesis studies Director Z’s experience of running kindergarten by method of narrative inquiry.Director Z took over this kindergarten in 1995,Always change the position of the kindergarten. Students of X kindergarten mainly local migrant and ethnic minorities children. Director Z passed stable development, difficult point and seek development process. As there are more than 20 years experience of kindergarten,Director Z also want to survive in the cracks. We should give this kind of private kindergarten living space. The aim of this study is based on the research to learn about director Z of kindergarten’s experience and existing problems, and analyzed the influence of the policy of Director Z kindergarten.The author adopts the observation, interview and physical analysis method to collect data. Using narrative research method to discuss the above questions. Finally the following conclusions:1. The policy in the process of director Z plays a huge role. Since start-up kindergarten, Director Z actively response to the policy, To the qilihe district first have document’s kindergarten; To the policy of steady development, specification of Director Z, at the same time policy tilt to the public X Kindergarten development challenged;Then Director Z response policy transformation as universality private kindergartens;The development of the policy, to Director Z has brought new hope.2. The factors that affect the Director Z running kindergarten are the internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the director’s own reason and the reasons for the teachers. External factors include the external environment of Director Z positive influence and negative influence of kindergarten. The positive effects include national attention to the background of private education for kindergarten Director Z;foreign population and ethnic enclaves, guarantee the students. The negative impact of changes including the position, resulting in some loss of students; To increase the number of private kindergarten area, resulting in "competition" pressure becomes larger;the government of some of the problems in the regulation of private garden, the influence of Director Z principal work.According studies Director Z’s experience of running kindergarten by method of narrative inquiry, the author find several ways. Including education department should be reasonable support Director Z’s running kindergarten;Reasonable planning the lay out of the private kindergartens; Specific to carry out the public garden teachers troopsto universality private kindergartens; Strengthen the education of the director, director of teaching and administrative director in the separation; Set up reasonable compensation standard,ensure the rights of the preschool teachers; Adhere to the correct direction of kindergarten; Strengthening curriculum management; Take the path of characteristic development, etc.
