| With the vigorous development of social work in China,a growing number of people know about and enter the social work industry.Yet a mass of social work specialized talents are being drained,this seriously hinders the overall development of China’s social work industry.Therefore,this dissertation introduces labor relations management territory of social work,probe into the reality of labor relations management in social work service organizations,in order to enhance the labor relations management of social work service organizations,to enhance resource allocation efficiency and external competitiveness of social work service organizations,drive social work service organizations to become more professional in labor relations management,reduce the loss of institutional social work specialization The brain drain in the industry.This dissertation takes employees of social work service organizations in Chengdu as the object of study,takes labor relations management of social work service organizations as the independent variable,turnover intention as the dependent variable,and introduces job satisfaction as the intermediary variable.Based on the theory of labor relations management,this dissertation has formed the labor relations management scale for social work service organizations on the basis of consulting the relevant information at home and abroad,and analyzed its influence on employee turnover intention from five sub-dimensions of labor relations management of social work service organizations.According to the two factor theory,employee’s job satisfaction can be improved by emotional care,career promotion path and the difficulty of work,while employee’s salary,relationship between colleagues and social status can eliminate employee’s dissatisfaction with work.In addition,according to the stress theory,when there are problems in the labor relations management of social work service organizations,it will bring greater work pressure to the employees,thus affecting the job satisfaction of the employees and making the employees have turnover intention.In this paper,questionnaire survey method is used to collect the relevant data of labor relations management,turnover intention and job satisfaction of employees in social work service organizations.After eliminating the relevant missing values and inapplicable samples,457 samples are finally obtained,and spss25.0 is used to analyze the data.The results show that: first,except for the management of labor union organization,the sub dimensions of labor relations management in social work service organizations have a negative impact on employees’ turnover intention;second,the labor relations management in social work service organizations has a positive impact on employees’ job satisfaction;third,the job satisfaction of employees in social work service organizations has a negative impact on their turnover intention;fourth,social work service organizations have a positive impact on employees turnover intention In addition to the management of labor union organization,employees’ job satisfaction plays a intermediary role in the relationship between labor relationship management and turnover intention.Based on this,this dissertation puts forward the following suggestions: first,enhance the labor relationship management of social work service organizations,set up and improve the labor pact system of social work service organizations according to law;improve the salary increase mechanism for social work service organizations,enhance the incentive effect of salary on employees;establish the employees’ complaint terrace and management mechanism,widen the path of employee participation in management;implement the social security system accordance with the law;Speed up the establishment of professional personnel teems of social work service organizations organizations to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees.Secondly,personnel management in social work service organizations,we should speed up the establishment of professional talent team of social work service organizations,formulate vocational training plans for employees of social work service organizations,and select outstanding employees to study abroad to improve their professional quality.Finally,we should strengthen the emotional care of employees,improve their self-awareness ability,advocate the "flexible management" method,enhance the emotional care of the organization for employees,guide the employees to establish a correct professional concept,clarify their responsibilities,and make an objective evaluation of themselves. |
