Early childhood education is an important part of basic education,and kindergarten teachers are the key to the development of early childhood education.Only by improving the professional level of kindergarten teachers can we provide better education for young children.The professional level of kindergarten teachers is a key factor in determining the level of kindergarten education.Improving the professional level of kindergarten teachers is an important starting point for promoting the quality of kindergartens."Professional Standards for Preschool Teachers(Trial)" refines the professional standards of kindergarten teachers into professional concepts and three dimensions of professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional competence,as well as fourteen fields,which provide an important basis for determining the professional level of kindergarten teachers.This study is based on the investigation of the degree of specialization of kindergarten teachers.Using the form of questionnaire survey,the in-service kindergarten teachers are used as the survey objects to understand the current situation and differences in the degree of specialization of kindergarten teachers in demographic variables.Through interviews,we will deepen understanding of kindergarten teachers' awareness of specialization and the main factors of differences.Finally,the comparative study method is used to compare the degree of specialization of public kindergarten teachers with private kindergarten teachers,and to analyze the professional level of kindergarten teachers.This study is based on the problems in the process of specializing kindergarten teachers.According to the self-assessment scores of kindergarten teachers,the level of kindergarten teachers in the professional competence dimension is relatively high,but the level is relatively low in the two dimensions of professional knowledge and professional philosophy and teacher morality.Combine the outstanding problems in the process of kindergarten teachers' specialization with the preschool education industry standards and relevant policies,propose suggestions and strategies for improvement,improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers,and promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.This study aims to promote the professionalization of kindergarten teachers.From the perspective of society,kindergarten and the perspective of kindergarten teachers,the corresponding strategies are proposed.From a social point of view,to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers,it is necessary to improve the kindergarten teacher qualification admission system,smooth the channels for promotion of academic qualifications,and increase the opportunities for private kindergarten teachers to participate in national training;from the perspective of kindergartens,improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers.It is necessary to improve the teacher training system in the park,improve the system of kindergarten teacher title evaluation,and construct a teaching research mechanism for kindergarten teachers' professional growth.From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers,it is necessary to establish a correct professional concept and improve their own Awareness of long-term career planning and learning to strengthen systematic professional knowledge.
