The dining process in kindergarten is an important component of daily activities.Teachers provide appropriate guidance to young children during the dining process,which is of great significance for their physical and mental health and harmonious development.Using observation and interview methods,a study was conducted on a total of 27 teachers in the primary,secondary,and primary classes of Y Kindergarten in Zhengzhou.Firstly,the goal of teacher guidance was established.By studying the guidance objects,guidance content,guidance methods,guidance roles,guidance effects,and analyzing the differences in guidance for teachers of different age classes in the early childhood dining process,the current situation of Y Kindergarten teacher guidance was understood,Research has found that teachers mainly provide guidance to individual young children;The teacher’s guidance mainly focuses on meal nutrition;The guidance method of teachers is mainly based on language guidance,supplemented by a combination of language and action;The guiding role of teachers is primarily to assist;The guidance effect of teachers is mainly focused on young children receiving teacher guidance and achieving the guiding objectives;There are significant differences among teachers of different age groups in terms of guidance objects,guidance content,guidance methods,guidance roles,and guidance effectiveness.Based on the current situation of Y Kindergarten teacher guidance,it has been found that Y Kindergarten teachers lack sufficient observation of young children,have single guidance content,overly strict guidance methods,and have unsatisfactory guidance effects during the dining process.In order to address these issues,we will conduct in-depth exploration and analyze the reasons for the above problems from the perspective of teachers themselves,combined with the actual situation of young children,their parents,and the kindergarten.Finally,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of establishing scientific guidance concepts for teachers,improving their guidance abilities,and providing support from parents of young children,striving to provide some suggestions for optimizing teacher guidance in the dining process and promoting high-quality development of the dining process.
