This article is based on the principles of admission for graduate students,blindly examines graduate school and uses Schuber’s career development theory,questionnaires and interview designs,as well as important materials from Metropolitan University.We have selected 387 graduate students.Physical education is the subject of research.We identify the current status of graduate students’ career plans and analyze the reasons why a four-step response plan is proposed for individuals,schools,communities and families.The goal is to improve the career planning skills of graduate students and improve the status quo.Based on a literature review,this article examines two main challenges facing this group of alumni.Career planning skills are relatively weak and basic employment skills are weak.After studying the theory of Schuber’s career planning,a questionnaire for sports universities was filled out.The survey is divided into two parts.The first half focuses primarily on the respondent’s personal background,while the second half focuses on personal career planning skills,which can be broken down into five dimensions: self-esteem,career positioning,skill development,information gathering,and coordination of feedback.This article uses data processing and analysis to make the following discoveries: Most graduate students understand the importance of career planning,but do not understand intentional career planning.Group decisions usually do not have a clear and workable solution...short and long term goals;Lack of professional skills,insufficient activity to improve qualifications;A common desire to find work,especially in sports organizations and ministries.This increases the pressure of competitive work.Job decisions are difficult and parents and friends can help.If you do not want to seek advice from a school or specialist institution,you can find a teacher.Based on this,we propose a four-step countermeasure.At the individual level,at the individual level,we increase personal self-confidence,define vocational guidance,motivate learning and strengthen personal skills and preserve social resources.At the school level,it reinforces the concept of career planning teaching for graduate students,increases funding for career planning teaching for graduate students,emphasizes step-by-step guidance on career planning skills,and reinforces the leadership role of career planning teachers...Strengthening the organization of social career planning in the community.Accelerate the implementation of university policies.Advances in career planning education provide guarantees and enable network intelligence to create a robust online job search platform.At home,parents must ensure rational communication with their children and provide their children with the necessary social resources.
