During the reforming process when our country's college education from the outstanding person to the mass, the employment becomes a noticeable question. This article begins from the analysis of the difficult condition of the present university students, through the questionnaire survey of the university students'career orientation choosing and the career planning condition (altogether provides questionnaire 620, takes back 607, in which effective questionnaire arrives 596) ,points out that the present situation of our country university students'career planning is unoptimistic: Firstly, a certain proportion university student can not fully understand their superiors and inferiorities, their consciousness of career planning is not enough; Secondly, in the process of choosing career, their orientation of value loses balance, overemphasizing the economic agent; Thirdly, they lack the practice ability to raise the objectives, or cannot carry out the established objectives. in this foundation, this article further points out that there are also four difficult aspects when our country's university carrying on the education on university students'career planning, that is: the main body dislocation, the methods lack, the professional lack as well as the personalized service insufficient. For the reason which produces this difficulty, this article induces into following reasons: firstly, the influence of traditional ideas and the traditional system; secondly, the career plan education in our country's practice is too short, and the methods are not many; thirdly, the university education has obvious insufficiency when carrying on the university students'career plan ; forth, the university students'quality is unsatisfaction. Based on the above analysis and the characteristic of the university student in school period (the superiority is quickly acceptations to the new idea, the new thought and the new technology; diligent, assiduous, rigorous, having the strong development spirit; in the other hand the inferiority is with few experience, whose actual operation abilities is bad, and whose society experiences and self-understanding is not comprehensive, not objective), this article carries on the detailed plan to the fresh as to the undergraduates: in grade-one the university students should clearly recognize the employment pressure when they graduate, the students should know that the employment is his own matter, in the employment process the core competitive power is his own ability and quality, the university students should transform the pressure of employment to the power of study in their entire university stage, They also should know what kind of ability and quality can meet the personnel market's need as well as the way to raise it; The second level, we need to act revise individual career planning design according to individual interest and ability, passing"the employment idea"to the instruction, making the student to set up the employment idea which"the popularity"under the educational background university student should know the talented person grows the process and the rule, set up correctly mature consciousness; in grade-three, the students must carry on"the adaptation employment"using the winter and summer vacation,"the specialized role experience","the professional skill study and the experience"social practice and so on, contacts the society thoroughly, understand, the collection employment information, further enhances university student's professional skill; But faced to graduation, They must accept personalized information consultant and the special instruction service. But in order to further consummate the university students'career planning system, this article proposed some practical and feasible mentalities: for instance constructs one team composed by the experts taking enterprise president who the vast human resources development and the management theory and skilled in each science evaluation method as consultant, taking certain employment counseling experience teacher as the main body, taking the employment work operation experienced personnel and the success choosing profession employment alumnus as the supplement employment counseling troop; And the school must strengthen construct the foundation,causes the school business union raise and the order form type raise serves for student's professional profession plan; The university student should be dare to go out from school, participates in the employer on his own initiative the concurrent job and works and studies the activity, to make himself mature in reality; The governments and the department concerned also must give the guidance in the policy, provide policy environmenal support for the university student and so on.
