With the continuous development of China’s social economy,in the context of China’s economic transformation,the society has higher and higher requirements on talents from all walks of life.Such requirements not only refer to the high level of knowledge and skills,but also refer to the high level of professional quality.In the economic transformation,the first thing to be borne in mind is made in China.Only with the improvement of the level of the manufacturing industry and the quality of products,can the transformation from "made in China" to "quality made in China" be realized.As the main practitioner of China’s manufacturing industry in the future,secondary vocational students have their own solid professional knowledge and skills as the foundation,while the cognition level of craftsman spirit is the key factor directly determining t of secondary vocational students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the spiritual cognition of secondary vocational students.In March 2016,Premier Li Keqiang initiated the "spirit of craftsman" in the government work report,making the "spirit of craftsman" become a research hotspot in recent years.After reviewing the literature,this study finds that there are a large number of studies on "spirit of craftsman" at home and abroad,and the research results are considerable,but there are still problems worthy of discussion and discussion.Based on previous studies,this study analyzes the different connotations and characteristics of the spirit of craftsmen in ancient and modern China and abroad.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey method,the author acquires firsthand materials on the secondary vocational student’s to "spirit" cognitive situation.On the basis of data analysis,analyzing the current status of secondary vocational spirit life cognition,the author points out the influence the secondary vocational student’s "spirit" cognitive situation factors,mainly includes two aspects of historical and realistic factors.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and data analysis,this study proposes solutions from the national,enterprise,school and individual levels,with a view to improving secondary vocational students’ cognition of craftsman spirit and providing reference for the study of secondary vocational students’ craftsman spirit.The first part is the introduction.On the basis of sorting out relevant research materials,this part puts forward the research questions of this paper in view of the current social development needs and the era requirements of economic transition and the identity characteristics of secondary vocational students.The author defines the concept from the perspective of craftsman,craftsman spirit,cognition and cognitive status,expounds the practical significance and theoretical significance of the research,as well as the research status at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and innovation points of this paper on this basis.The first chapter is the interpretation of the spirit of craftsman.The author expounds the connotation of craftsman spirit from three different perspectives: the spirit of craftsman in ancient China,the spirit of craftsman in foreign countries and the spirit of craftsman in contemporary China.In ancient and modern times,at home and abroad,the connotation and characteristics of craftsman spirit have similarities such as preciseness,concentration,excellence and pursuit of excellence,which also contain their own era and regional characteristics.The author analyzes the three connotative characteristics of the ancient Chinese craftsmen: respecting the teacher,practicing vigorously,promoting benefits and eliminating harms.The spirit of foreign craftsmen mainly focuses on the connotation characteristics of the German craftsman spirit of excellence,rigor,patience and concentration,quality first,and pursuit of excellence,while the Japanese craftsman spirit of love for industry,advocating perfection,and calm and indifferent.The creative spirit of advocating craftsmanship,the working attitude of striving for perfection,the professional realm of advocating moral,and the connotation of keepping the faith in the spirit of contemporary Chinese craftsman.The author tries to present the connotation of craftsman spirit in a more complete way.The second chapter is a questionnaire survey on the mental cognition of secondary vocational students.This part introduces the research path,design scheme and selection method of the subjects of the questionnaire survey,and analyzes the questionnaire data.On this basis,it summarizes the problems of one-sidedness,ambiguity and lag in the mental cognition of secondary vocational students.The third chapter is to analyze the influencing factors on the mental cognition of secondary vocational school students according to the results of questionnaire survey.Firstly,it analyzes the influence of historical factors from three aspects: the traditional moral and ethical concepts,the traditional value orientation,and the influence of the traditional way of life on education.Then from the perspective of society,school and individual analysis of the impact of reality factors.The fourth chapter focuses on the cognitive status of craftsman spirit among secondary vocational students and relevant influencing factors.In order to improve the secondary vocational students’ cognition of the spirit of craftsman,the author tries to advance strategies on four levels.National level: The country should perfect system construction,foster the suitable soil of craftsman spirit,purify social ethos,overcome the adverse effect of utilitarianism;It is necessary to reshape the professional community and stabilize the carrier of craftsman spirit.More over it need to build social consensus,reshape the professional value system.Enterprise level: Enterprises need to bring their culture into the campus to enhance the sense of identity of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students.We should also pay attention to the cooperation between schools and enterprises,relay the positive energy of craftsman spirit,create a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation,and broaden the channels of craftsman spirit cognition.School level: Schools should change the value orientation of vocational education,set up professional courses to cultivate students’ vocational feelings,formulate a refined assessment system and improve the construction of teachers.The student aspect must achieve the objective understanding self,the appraisal self,establishes the good mentality,develop the habit of independent learning,improve their comprehensive ability.The author puts forward countermeasures at these four levels in order to improve secondary vocational students’ cognition of craftsman spirit. |
