| With the aging population in China is accelerating and the increase number of the old people,the health problems such as falling and casualties of the elderly have become increasingly prominent,which has seriously affected the quality of the elderly’s life and brought a heavy burden on the society and the family.As the most important link between the trunk and the lower limbs,the hip joint is also the most prone to problems in the elderly,but it is often overlooked by people.The practice of Wuqinxi can effectively improve the physical function of the elderly,and has been widely recognized by the society.Research purposes: Apply the exercise intervention on the elderly by Wuqinxi.Observe the impact of Wuqinxi on the hip function of the elderly to provide a way to prevent falls in the elderly.To provide a theoretical basis for advocating the elderly to practice more on the five birds and improve hip function.Research methods: This study used literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to understand the characteristics of Wuqinxi and the theoretical knowledge of hip joint function.24 elderly people aged 60-70 years old who met the experimental conditions were selected in Century Park,Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group,and 12 subjects and 2candidate subjects in each group.The experimental intervention period was 12 weeks of Wuqinxi training.The control group did not undergo any intervention training and maintained the original activities,and the activity mode was not fixed.Select FMS(squat,hurdle step and arrow step),hip ROM test,hip joint isokinetic strength and balance ability and other related indicators,and finally deal with data statistics through SPSS20.0 and Excel and analyze the results.Research results:(1)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the three indicators of squat,hurdle step and arrow step in FMS were significantly improved(P<0.01).(2)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the hip ROM(joint activity)showed no difference in flexion and adduction angle(P>0.05),and other indicators likeextension,abduction,internal,rotation and the external rotation angle were significantly changed(P<0.05).(3)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the hip joint’s relative constant velocity muscle strength(peak torque/body weight)was not significantly different from the flexor.Internal rotation muscle strength(P>0.05).Muscle strengths such as extensor,abductor,adductor and external rotation muscles were increased to different degrees(P<0.05).(4)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the front-rear swing index,left-right swing index and comprehensive index of the balance ability were significantly different(P<0.05).Analysis conclusions:(1)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the scores of the three indicators of squat,hurdle step and arrow step in the FMS test of the elderly were improved,which improved the daily living ability of the elderly.(2)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the hip joint mobility and hip muscle strength of the elderly were improved to different degrees,and the hip function was improved.(3)After the 12-week Wuqinxi exercise intervention training,the hip function of the elderly was improved.The index showed a downward trend in the balance of anterior and posterior sway,left and right sway and comprehensive,which indicated that the improvement of hip function promoted the balance ability of the elderly. |
