Research Purpose:By observing the changes of static balance,dynamic balance,lower extremity muscle strength and flexible quality of the aged women who have been practicing Wuqinxi for a long time,this paper discusses the influence of Wuqinxi on the balance ability of the elderly women.Research methods:Sixty elderly women aged 60-70 years were divided into three groups: 20 in the Wuqinxi group and 20 in the square dance group.No exercise group of 20.The first two groups respectively Wuqinxi exercise and square dance exercise.The time is more than two years,3-5 times a week.The time of each exercise is more than 30 minutes.Carry on the static balance test and the dynamic balance test to it.The main indexes of static balance test were pressure center x axis,pressure center y axis,linear area and LFS index.The total length of the line diagram,the maximum swing;Test selection for dynamic balance testing The index is mainly to close the eyes in situ,the vestibule step,stand to walk;The main indexes observed by the lower limb muscle strength tester were the work done by the lower limb muscle strength,the ratio of the work done to the body weight and the stretch length.The main index of flexibility test was flexion in sitting position.The experimental data were processed by SPSS23.0 software with significant difference P < 0.05,P < 0.01 was very significant difference.Research results:1.Static balance test of single foot open eyes: Wuqinxi group had significant difference with the exercise group(P<0.05),the maximum amplitude of the pressure center of X axis,Y axis of center of pressure,area,linear map of LFS index,the total length of the line graph has a very significant difference(P<0.01).Wuqinxi group and square dance group the maximum amplitude and the LFS index had significant difference(P<0.05),the pressure center of X axis,Y axis pressure center area,linear map,there is no significant difference between the total length of line graph(P>0.05).The square dance group and non exercise group chart area,the total length of line graph,LFS index,the most There were significant differences in the big swing amplitude(P < 0.05),the pressure center x axis(P <0.01),and the pressure center y axis(P > 0.05).The static balance test of one foot closed eyes: the area of line map and LFS index,the total length of line chart and the maximum swing of the Wuqinxi group were significantly different(P < 0.01),and the pressure center x axis was very significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the y axis of the pressure center(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in the total length of the line diagram between the Wuqinxi group and the square dance group(P < 0.05),the pressure center x axis and the pressure center y axis.There was no significant difference between the LFS index and the maximum swing amplitude of the line map(P > 0.05).The area of the line map in the square dance group and the non-exercise group was equal to the LFS index and the total length of the line chart.The maximum swing amplitude was significantly different(P < 0.05),the pressure center x axis had very significant difference(P < 0.01),and the pressure center y axis had no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Dynamic balance test: Wuqinxi group with eyes closed standing still,not the exercise group of vestibular,rose to go have a very significant difference(P<0.01).Wuqinxi group and square dance group closed mesh piaffe have significant difference(P<0.05),Vestibular step has a very significant difference(P< 0.01),no significant rise go the difference(P>0.05).The square dance group and non exercise group of vestibular,rose to go with significant difference(P<0.05),there is no significant difference between the closed mesh piaffe(P>0.05).3.Lower limb muscle strength test: there was a significant difference in the lower limb muscle strength and the ratio of the lower limb muscle strength and body weight between the Wuqinxi group and the non-exercise group(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in stretch length(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in the work and ratio of lower limb muscle strength to body weight between Wuqixi group and square dance group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in stretch length(P >0.05).There was a significant difference in the work done and the ratio of work done to body weight between the square dance group and the non-exercise group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in stretch length(P > 0.05).4.Flexibility quality test: there was a significant difference in sitting position forwardflexion between Wuqinxi group and no exercise group(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference in sitting position forward flexion between Wuqinxi group and square dance group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between square dance group and non-exercise group.Conclusions:1.The old women who had been doing Wuqinxi and square dancing for a long time were able to improve their balance ability.Wuqinxi exercise,its balance ability is better than square dance exercisers.2.The lower limb muscle strength of the elderly women who had been doing Wuqinxi and square dancing exercises for a long time was strengthened,and the lower limb muscle strength was better than that of square dance exercises.3.Long-term exercise of Wuqinxi can improve the flexibility of the elderly women,while square dance exercise can not improve the flexibility of the elderly women.
