Sports and fitness activities in proven Wuqinxi of fitness qigong can improve the health of the body, However, the physiological mechanism of which needs to be further confirmed, traditional Chinese exercise method can be more countries to accept, to play an active role in health effects. In this paper, observations focused on physical quality, investigate the physiological mechanism of fitness function of Wuqinxi of fitness qigong.Research purpose:This project will study the affect of Wuqinxi of fitness qigong to60-69elderly population physiological mechanism, trying to12weeks in the low-intensity exercise Wuqinxi model for intervention research, elderly physical indicators for the elderly exercise to provide the scientific theory, correct guidance elderly fitness exercise science to ensure that older persons mental and physical health, prolong life.Researeh objeets and methods:Select a brilliant court house community and jinan courtyard huayang community60-69years old people120(60-64years of age60, and the65-69years old60) as the exercise group, chessboard village60-69years old people120(60-64years of age60, and the65-69years old60) as a control group. The exercise group exercise five times a week from Monday to Friday exercise, the rest time is on Saturday and Sunday, take exercise is50-60minutes every time. The control group control of its activity, no regular exercise. In the experiment were before and after the experiment of strength, flexibility and balance participants, sensitive, the speed related indicators for testing.Experiment result:After the experiment, the exercise group, smooth lift dumbbells grip is before the experiment were increased, highly significant changes (P<0.01). Start again and again on foot, testing, hand movement, eye coordination time significantly lower than the former, with significant changes (P<0.05). Sit and reach and to touch the back were higher than before the numerical experiment with significant changes (P<0.05). Standing on one foot longer than before the close their eyes, there are significant changes (P<0.05). Exercise group of60-64and65-69years old two age before and after the experiment data comparing difference, and concludes that the60-64years old people change range of every index is lower than65-69years old.Conelusion:Through the12weeks of wuqinxi exercise, the exercise group of old people body quality related indexes some good significant change, the old people body quality control group related indexes has no significant changes. Visible, long-term exercise wuqinxi help improve the quality of the old body.
