There are differences in nutritional needs between athletes and normalpeople,and athletes consume more energy in sports training than ordinary people and need to increase their energy intake.While preventing undernutrition from having animpact on motor capacity,attention should also be paid to the adverse effects ofexcessive nutrition.Based on the comparison and analysis of dietary nutrients andfood suitable intake of Chinese athletes,this paper makes a targeted professional mission in combination with technical characteristics and project requirements,and ponders how to make competitive athletes have better athletic ability through effective training and reasonable dietary nutrition through the diet investigation before and after the mission of shooting team athletes in Hebei province.More robust physique.Aiming at the present situation of dietary nutrition of shooting athletes in Hebei province,this study mainly studies from the aspects of knowledge,attitude and behavior,so as to understand the mastery of dietary knowledge,attitude change and habit cultivation of shooters in Hebei province,in order to find out the mastery of dietary knowledge of athletes and the unreasonable problems in diet.Put forward the suggestions for improvement,for athletes in the future reasonable diet to provide a reference for the basis,so that athletes ' nutritional awareness and choice of meals can be improved to a certain extent,and to the athletes ' eating habits to put forward suggestions for improvement,in order to pass this study,so that athletes to their own project characteristics and eating habits better combination,Correct bad eating habits,make diet better for athletes training services,so as to provide better service for the scientific nutrition and dietary adjustment of shooting athletes in Hebei province.The main methods of this study are literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,biochemical detection method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.The biochemical test content is blood biochemical detection and hair biochemical detection,using atomic absorption spectrometry to detect calcium and iron elements in hair,using atomic absorption method to detect blood trace element index and using sheath flow impedance method,colorimetric method,laser reflection method and other methods for routine blood detection.In this study,a total of 29 male and female shooting athletes were tested for 8weeks of nutrition education intervention,and the following results were obtained:Results(1)Nutrition survey found that athletes ' nutritional knowledge was relatively weak,the proportion of athletes ' breakfast,lunch and dinner was unreasonable,especially the proportion of female shooters ' meals was higher,and the intake of athletes was generally lower than the standard range.Among them,the way of obtaining nutrition knowledge of athletes 34.48% and 27.59% the main way to understand the nutrition knowledge is through the communication between teammates and the network,this way of acquiring knowledge has limitations,it is difficult for athletes to systematically and scientifically learn nutrition knowledge.Compared with teammate communication and network comparison,dietitian counseling,nutrition books accounted for a small proportion,accounting for 6.9% of the total number of surveys,the lowest is nutrition course lectures,accounting for only 3.44% of the total number of surveys,indicating that athletes have a single access to nutrition knowledge,there is no systematic nutrition knowledge learning,Causes the athlete nutrition knowledge popularization rate is low,the nutrition knowledge Mastery is not comprehensive,some nutrition consciousness is lacking,72.42% of the athletes have the condition of picky eating and partial food,there are many bad habits on the diet,for the reasonable diet collocation structure do not understand,But respondents were interested in the content of nutritious diets and dietary pairings associated with exercise training,hoping to improve their health by changing their diets.Therefore,a 8-week nutrition mission,mission education to find nutritional knowledge(P<0.01),which shows that after nutrition mission,the nutritional knowledge of shooters has been significantly improved,and the level of athletes ' mastery of nutritional knowledge has improved significantly.There were also statistical differences in nutritional attitudes(P<0.05),which indicated that the nutritional attitude of shooters after nutrition education had changed significantly,but because of the short missionary time,the dietary behaviorof athletes had not changed.Therefore,we should actively expand the way for athletes to understand the knowledge of nutrition,guide athletes to establish a scientific and reasonable concept of diet,and develop good eating habits.(2)Athletes ' total energy intake of three meals was uneven,and the calorie intake of some male and female athletes in breakfast accounted for 22.6% and 20.9% of the total daily intake,respectively,and the number of male and female athletes in lunch accounted for 35.3% and 36.9% of the total daily intake respectively.Dinner some male and female athletes accounted for 36.6 of their daily intake,respectively.% and31.8%,plus daily snacks and other calories that may be consumed account for 5.5%and 10.4% of total intake.Athletes breakfast and dinner ratio is unreasonable,too many meals,three meals a day,food mainly cereal,for fruit and vegetable intake is better,athletes prefer sweet food and drink carbonated drinks,the body fluid supplement is not ideal,lack of scientific rehydration awareness.Through 8 weeks of nutrition education intervention,other meals were statistically different before and after the experiment(P<0.05),suggesting a decrease in the proportion of extra meals for athletes,but little change in early,middle and dinner.In general,through a period of nutrition education intervention,athletes have changed the proportion of three meals of heat energy,but there is still a gap with the formation of scientific and reasonable dietary habits.(3)The dietary survey in the first week found that the intake of vitamin A and vitamin C was lower than the reference intake range.Especially for the special characteristics of shooting events,the requirement of visual acuity concentration was very high and the intake of vitamin A was low,which would have a certain impact on the exercise level of shooters.The intake of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 of male and female athletes was slightly lower than the reference.Intake interval.In the first week of blood biochemical test,it was found from the test results that the values of iron ions in athletes' serum were within the normal range for both men and women,and the results of trace elements in blood were within the normal range for both men and women.It shows that the iron ion content and trace element content of athletes are in a good state at the present stage.After 8 weeks of nutrition education intervention,theathletes' vitamin A intake showed significant difference(P < 0.05),which indicated that the average daily intake of vitamin A increased.There is no statistical difference between blood routine basic items and blood trace elements(P > 0.05).The reason may be that the time of education is short,the change of dietary behavior is not obvious,and the blood index can not be changed.It is suggested that the strength of nutrition education for athletes should be increased and the time of education for nutrition education should be lengthened.Conclusion(1)Through the study of nutritional diet and the analysis of the characteristics of the nutritional needs of shooting projects,combined with the suggestions of nutrition experts and the coaches of each shooting project,to understand the needs of shooters,to develop the contents and methods of nutrition publicity and education for the shooting athletes of various projects in Hebei province,and to establish an effective evaluation index of nutritional diet.(2)After 8 weeks of experimental research athletes in the nutrition diet knowledge,attitude,behavior questionnaire analysis and the first analysis before the experiment,eight weeks of nutrition education to a certain extent to improve the understanding of nutrition knowledge of shooting athletes in Hebei province,athletes nutrition attitude has also changed,Athletes pay more attention to vitamin A,the intake has been significantly improved,but because of the short mission time,other dietary behavior changes are not obvious,resulting in no changes in blood biochemical indicators.
