Objective: Through monitor of dietary survey and intervention to the Shanghai female hockey team preparing for 11th national games period, partial biochemistry target, body weight and the body fat percentage's, studied present situation and the improvement effect of the Shanghai female hockey athlete meals, and enriched the related research material, to instruct the athlete to carry sciencely on train and improvement the movement result .Methods: monitor of partial biochemistry target , body weight and the body fat percentage to 18 athletes of shanghai female hockey team Chinese preparing for 11th national games period --the winter training (on November 8th, 2008 - 15th), the ahead summer (on May 27 th --on June 3th, 2009), before one month of the game (on September 1st---9 th,2009) and one week of pre-game (on September 25th- October 3th,2009) carried on the dietary survey and monitor of biochemistry. The biochemistry target includes: white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), Testosterone (T), Cortisol (C), Serum Ferric (SF), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), Serum creatine Phosphokinase (CK), immunoglobulin G(IgG), immunoglobulin M(IgM), immunoglobul-in A(IgA). Using guide of the athlete meals and nutriology principle, this article formulated food habit questionnaire of the athletes, and carried on the survey which was ahead of the winter and the summer training period. At the beginning of each month(except February and August, 2009) body weight and the body fat percentage of athletes were monitored . Then, according to results, we conducted some study,and carried on the intervention to the discovery question, as well as appraised the effect of intervention.Results: 1.There existed some unreasonable habit of athlete meals.Through the revision and the establishment of recipes, as well as propaganda of nutrition knowledge, the athlete meals condition and the food habit had made very distinct improvement. 2. Besides CK, other biochemistry target were in normal range. The WBC Content ahead of summer training were remarkable lower than the winter training, (P<0.05), RBC obviously elevated (P<0.05), CK very remarkable dropped (P<0.01); T content was obviously reduce compared to before the game in January summer training (P<0.05), RBC, HGB, the C very remarkable dropped (P<0.01), CK remarkable elevated(P<0.01); Before one week ahead of the game in January WBC very remarkable dropped (P<0.01), but T remarkable elevated (P<0.01). 3. body weight were in normal range and not remarkable differed (P>0.05); Before the winter training, the athlete body fat percentage was high, but at the end of the period remarkable dropped (P<0.05), and lower 1.8 percentage points, dropped to 12%-16%.Conclusion: 1. Through a series of intervention measure, athlete's meals condition had a distinct improvement, and the food habit tended to be reasonable,and athlete biochemistry target, body weight and the body fat percentage achieved a suitable scope, which indicated that the intervention measure was effective. 2. From the reasonable individual dining, and the science makes up the sugar and the fluid infusion, the pointed use nutritional supplement, the nutrition knowledge propaganda and the track adjustment training, this research made a certain progress, was helpful to the other athlete nutrition intervention's research, and had enriched the correlation data.
