The linkage between the secondary and higher vocational schools is necessary for constructing the modern vocational education system.The linkage also could not be separated from the practical teaching which is also the key point to train talents in the vocational education system.The issue of how to establish the vocational education system is the important content of realizing the practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools.Taking the advantage of the positive policy supplied by the government,the three-two-stage training mode is developing better and better,meanwhile,the scale is becoming bigger and bigger.However,there are some problems on the way of developing three-two-stage practical teaching linkage between the secondary and higher vocational schools,which imposed a negative influence on the vocational education in China.This paper is started from analyzing the three-two-stage practical teaching linkage of electronics major in a secondary vocational school.Through questionnaires on six cooperatively run secondary and higher vocational schools(three cases),the problems existing in the connection of the three-two-stage system of practical teaching in the secondary and higher vocational education of electronics specialty are pointed out.At the same time,it focuses on the case of prominent problems in electronics major of secondary vocational school K and H College of Higher Vocational Education.After consulting the literature,it is found that the problems existing in K school are universal.In order to increase the educational efficiency of the three-two-stage practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools,the literature review method and the experiences both in China and abroad were used to analyze the causes,the frame of practical teaching system was constructed to study the measures.The paper consists of six chapters,as follows:Introduction.The research background,research purpose and meaning were illustrated in this chapter.The author checked the relevant literature and made a concise comment on the current situation of practical teaching linkage both in China and abroad,further put forward the research ideas and research methods.Chapter 1,The author summarized for the three-two stage practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools,and defined the relevant concept,like the meaning of three-two-stage practical teaching linkage,the meaning of practical teaching system.The author pointed out the necessities possibilities and the concept for the three-two-stage practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools.Chapter 2,The study is based on the case of electronics major practical teaching in secondary vocational K-school.Through the case analyzing method and questionnaire survey method,the author summarized the problems in the three-two-stage practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools.The problems include the purpose of talents training is not clear;the content system is constructed in a vague way;the practical teaching resource is not united;the management mechanism and evaluating mechanism are never complete,and so on.After consulting the literature,it is found that the problems existing in K school are universal.Chapter 3,The Attribution analysis was used for these problems that in the three-two-stage practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools,such as there is no standard of the practical teaching curriculum between secondary and higher schools;the setting of practical teaching is incomplete;the teaching level is not high enough in the linkage classes;The platform of the practical teaching lacks commonality.Chapter 4,Based on the framework of constructing practical teaching,the author supplied the improving strategies on the three-two-stage practical teaching linkage between secondary and higher vocational schools,which including the following methods.Define the vocational cluster in secondary and higher schools,require the reasonable talents training targets in the secondary and higher vocational schools,construct the system for practical teaching linkage target;set the unified standard for practical teaching,recombine curriculum structure for practical teaching,unify the standard for textbook,integrate the creative textbook,construct system for practical teaching linkage content;enforce the relevant training for the teachers in the linkage classes,share and construct the platform for practical teaching,enforce the cooperation between schools and enterprises,explore and establish a system in which the credits of three-two-stage linkage could be admitted in different secondary and higher vocational schools,construct the guarantee system for practical teaching linkage;perfect the management system for practical teaching,complete the valuation mechanism,construct management system for practical teaching.
