With the increasing scale of secondary vocational schools,the maintenance and improvement of teaching quality has become a problem that cannot be underestimated.Constructing teachers' practical knowledge is one of the influencing factors to maintain and improve teachers' teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,how to train teachers' practical knowledge has become the most important issue in the teaching research and practice of secondary vocational schools.This paper studies and discusses the practical knowledge of teachers in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of teachers in secondary vocational schools.In order to understand the practical knowledge of teachers in secondary vocational schools.By means of questionnaire survey,this study investigated teachers in secondary vocational schools in xinxiang city,anyang city,zhengzhou city and jiaozuo city,henan province.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the practical knowledge of teachers in the current teaching situation of secondary vocational schools has some problems to be solved.For example,teachers in secondary vocational schools have a low sense of self-efficacy,lack of knowledge and ability of interpersonal communication,lack of professional skills,weak awareness of improving teaching skills,and pay little attention to teaching and research.There are many reasons for these problems.This study divides these reasons into two aspects: internal reasons of teachers and external reasons of teachers.The main reasons of teachers are: weak self-development consciousness,lack of communication consciousness and ability,low emphasis on continuous learning and weak reflection consciousness;The reasons beyond teachers are as follows: low social status,imperfect teaching discussion mechanism,lack of long-term mechanism to promote school-enterprise cooperation,and poor atmosphere for teaching and learning.In view of these reasons,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to develop the practical knowledge of secondary vocational teachers.In terms of teachers,teachers should reasonably plan their career,strengthen the cultivation of teaching and research ability,improve practical skills,consciously cultivate reflective consciousness and reflective ability,and enhance the interaction between teachers and students.In addition to teachers,teachers should improve their status,strengthen the construction of school teaching and research office system,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,and create a learning atmosphere where teaching and learning are mutually beneficial.Teachers' professional certification in secondary vocational schools should emphasize the assessment of practical ability. |
