In the modern vocational education system,secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education,focusing on training skilled personnel,playing a fundamental role;higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,focusing on training high-end skilled personnel,play a leading role.With the continuous development of the information age,the renewal cycle of knowledge and skills is becoming shorter and shorter.The professional ability of secretarial students needs to be constantly improved.One-off and final vocational education is not fair to secretarial students.It is very necessary to open up a good channel for secondary vocational students to go to school.The connection of secretarial major in secondary and higher vocational schools will be one of the ways conducive to the development of Secondary Vocational Secretarial students,and the curriculum connection is the core element of the connection of secondary and Higher Vocational Secretarial major.Through questionnaires,literature review,analysis and comparison,this paper makes a survey and analysis of the current situation of the curriculum convergence of secretarial major in Zhonggu Vocational College in Guangxi.Firstly,it clarifies the purpose and object of the research.Based on the aspects of personnel training,professional convergence,enrollment assessment,learning situation and student source characteristics,it makes a brief analysis of the basic situation of the curriculum convergence of secretarial major in Zhongguo Vocational College.Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis of five problems: the lack of clear curriculum objectives,the lack of unified basis for curriculum design,the duplication of curriculum content,the lack of systematic curriculum standards,and the solidification of curriculum evaluation;and from the aspects of the absence of docking of management system in secondary and higher vocational schools,the lack of communication between secondary and higher vocational schools,the lack of unified standards for curriculum convergence in secondary and higher vocational schools,and the imperfection of enrollment examination system.This paper analyses the causes of the problems in the curriculum cohesion of secretarial specialty in secondary and higher vocational schools in Guangxi from five aspects: the lack of "double-qualified" teachers.This paper explores the feasibility of curriculum convergence of secretarial specialty in secondary and higher vocational education in Guangxi from three aspects: the policy of convergence of Higher of society for high-skilled talents and the law of progressivputs forward four principles for realizing the curricululty in secondary and higher vocational education in Guangxsive goal,the principle of market orientation,the principle ople of modular convergence.This paper makes a strategic analysis from five aspects: perfecting the scientific and reasonable convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,s,establishing a unified curriculum convergence standard,on system,and improving the quality of teachers.Therefore,in rgence of secretarial specialty in Guangxi,the relevant king mechanism,which requires full communication between higher vocational schools.On the basis of the development of,we should adopt a hierarchical and progressive approach to of both sides and design the curriculum convergence program Higher Vocational Secretarial majors.Maintain the relative s,so that the secretarial courses in secondary and higher are interrelated in training objectives,curriculum settings,standards,curriculum evaluation.
