The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Cultivation Of High-level Athletes In Universities In Hebei Province

In 1987,the State Education Commission and the State Sports General Administration jointly promulgated the "Notice on the Trial of recruiting High-level Athletes in Colleges and Universities".The notice has been published for more than 30 years.During this period,China's physical education has flourished,and colleges and universities have gradually become an important base for the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in China.The combination of "sports and education" has replaced the "national system" to become the most suitable training mode for the development of competitive sports talents at this stage.At present,there are a large number of ordinary colleges and universities all over the country recruiting high-level athletes with a variety of competitive projects and the number of students is gradually increasing.The colleges and universities are paying more attention to the cultivation of high-level athletes and hope to build them into high-quality,highly educated and high-level compound talents.Although the six universities in Hebei Province have many years of enrollment and the experience of cultivating high-level athletes,and each has formed different training programs,there are still some problems to be solved.This study compares the current management methods of six universities in Hebei Province,finds the differences and similarities between them,and develops high-level athlete student questionnaires to obtain their own views on school training.On this basis,relevant experts are visited to provide suggestions and programs for the training of high-level athletes,and provides reference for improving and perfecting the training programs for high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.This study uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to investigate and analyze the student status management,curriculum and credit system,major selection,cultural assessment policy,training situation,reward system and employment direction for high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,which have led to the following conclusions:(1)Although six colleges and universities in Hebei Province have many years of enrollment and the experience of cultivating high-level athletes,and each has formed different training programs,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.(2)At present,the management mechanism of athletes in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province is not standardized,including student status management,training and competition management,performance management,reward methods,etc.,and the requirements for athletes are relatively lower,which leads to the lack of systematic training and cultural learning Inertness during university period,it is not conducive to future development.(3)The contradiction between the learning and training of athletes at the current stage of colleges and universities in Hebei Province is still difficult to be solved for a long time.The training mode of “combination of sports and education” needs to be optimized.(4)There are 5 ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province that adopt the compatible pattern to let high-level athletes join in other classes.For the high-level athletes whose cultural courses are weak,the pressure of cultural studies is huge,and it is not conducive to unified management.Although the individual classes can solve some problems,the sports events are different,the training and competition time are different,and the progress of the teachers is still not consistent.(5)High-level athletes will take up some cultural class time because of training or competition.However,due to different curriculum settings,limited resource allocation of teachers,and uneven grades of athletes,it is impossible to provide separate tutoring opportunities.
