At present,the Ministry of Education has put forward new goals and requirements for the construction and development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,and the cultural level of athletes is becoming increasingly important.High-level athletes have the dual status of athletes and students.Not only do they have to complete competition training tasks at the same time,they also need to receive higher education in colleges and universities,and learn professional knowledge like ordinary college students.Athlete's learning management belongs to a branch of university teaching management.With the main goal of helping athletes to complete their academic and talent training during school,the establishment of a corresponding management system has certain characteristics.It is found through research that there are still many problems in the management of high-level athletes in universities in China that need to be improved.The most fundamental problem is the formulation of talent training and teaching training programs.Therefore,this paper provides a reference for future managers of college sports teams in practical management through the study of the learning management of college athletes in Fujian Province,enriching the theoretical research in learning,supervision and management.This paper uses literature research,expert interviews,field investigations,and comparative analysis to study the management of high-level athletes in six colleges and universities in Fujian that have high-level athlete admission qualifications.Based on the data of the current situation of the learning management of high-level athletes in six universities in Fujian Province,and through a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the learning management situation of each university,the following research conclusions are finally drawn:(1)The leaders of six universities in Fujian Province attach greatimportance to the construction and development of high-level sports teams.Each university has a specific athlete learning management system policy,which regulates the management work of athletes during their schooling and training.University management departments have clear responsibilities and need to strengthen linkages between departments.(2)The students of high-level athletes in various colleges and universities in Fujian province are mainly sports specialty students who graduated from ordinary high schools.There is no uniformity in admissions standards,and each school recruits students according to their needs and their own school standards.Most colleges lack high-quality students and have a single channel for admission.(3)The academic system of high-level athletes in universities in Fujian Province is four years.Each school helps athletes complete their academic assessments by reducing the examination requirements and rewarding credits.This kind of help method can help athletes to solve their academic requirements,but this will easily lead to the athletes' light study and heavy training,which will affect the learning initiative and enthusiasm.(4)The majors of high-level athletes in our province are mainly oriented liberal arts majors designated by the school,with less independent choice.The learning method is full-time in school,and the main focus is on the relatively centralized teaching management of mixed classes.The athletes' curriculum and teaching plans are consistent with ordinary students,and there is no separate curriculum.(5)A complete set of high-level athletes' learning supervision and management mechanism has not yet been formed.The daily learning supervision is mainly based on coaches and counselors.(6)The teaching management training programs for athletes in colleges and universities exist a single training program,the training direction is out of touch with the employment direction.Therefore,the disconnection between the professional direction of the athletes and the employment direction is currently the primary problem to be solved in the learning management ofcolleges and universities in Fujian Province.
