training is an important part of the work of high-level men’s volleyball teams in ordinary colleges and universities.Training high-level and high-quality outstanding volleyball reserve talents is an important goal of the work of high-level men’s volleyball teams in ordinary colleges and universities.The growth of high-level men’s volleyball players requires high quality.Training support,in order to improve the training quality of high-level men’s volleyball teams in regular colleges and universities in Hebei Province,it is necessary to evaluate the training quality of existing high-level sports teams.This article takes the training quality of the high-level men’s volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province as the research object,and takes the training of the high-level men’s volleyball team in Yanshan University,Hebei Normal University,and Hebei Agricultural University as the survey objects.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the high-level men’s volleyball team in Hebei province ’ s ordinary colleges and universities,the training quality evaluation of the high-level men’s volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province is studied and put forward.Related countermeasures and suggestions.This will provide relevant references for improving the training quality of high-level men’s volleyball teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province,and provide a basis for promoting the development of high-level men’s volleyball in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)At present,Hebei Province has three high-level men’s volleyball teams from Yanshan University,Hebei Normal University,and Hebei Agricultural University.Most of the coaches of each team have national level two athletes or referees or above.The players of the team are national volleyball second-level athletes and above.The level of team competition from high to low is Yanshan University,Hebei Agricultural University and Hebei Normal University.(2)There are 18 factors influencing the training quality of high-level men’s volleyball teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province.Five influencing factor groups are obtained by factor analysis,which are coach factors,athletes’ own factors,training design factors,and college level factors.And social support factors.(3)This paper selects three schools to conduct empirical research,which shows that there are no significant differences in social support factors,significant differences in coaches factors,and no significant differences in coaching ability and quality of coaches.There are significant differences in the athletes’ preference for volleyball in the athlete factor.There are no significant differences in the athletes’ own volleyball skill level,the degree of athletes’ injuries,and the athlete’s requirements for self-techniques.There is no significant difference in the data in the training design factors.There is no difference in the data for university-level factors.There is no significant difference in the data in the social support factors.(4)The comprehensive value of the coach factor is Yanshan University,Hebei Agricultural University,Hebei Normal University in descending order.The comprehensive values of the athletes’ own factors are Hebei Agricultural University,Yanshan University and Hebei Normal University in order from high to low.The comprehensive value of training design factors from high to low is Hebei Agricultural University,Yanshan University,Hebei Normal University.The comprehensive values of factors at the university level are Yanshan University,Hebei Agricultural University,and Hebei Normal University in descending order.The comprehensive values ??of social support factors are Hebei Agricultural University,Hebei Normal University,and Yanshan University in descending order.(5)In order to improve the training quality of the high-level men’s volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province,it is necessary to pay attention to the training of high-level volleyball team coaches to improve the quality and ability of coaches;to stimulate the enthusiasm of high-level volleyball team players and guide them to establish correct concepts;Do a good job in the training design of high-level volleyball teams and improve the scientific and reasonable training mechanism;strengthen the importance of college leaders and improve the
