| The cooperative education of government, schools, enterprises and industries are the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education. This is an important way to achieve higher vocational and technical personnel training. The coastal area of Guangdong province is the artery of China’s economy development, one of the biggest contributions to the Chinese economy. In this special economic environment, we need to discuss the current higher vocational education of school-enterprise cooperation, as the result, this will have far-reaching impact on the development of higher vocational education.The main content of this paper is to study the situation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, and taking a specific case study of C Vocational College. First, the paper describes the basic situation of the college, combing the background of the school of C Vocational College and several forms of education, including the establishment of the school education group, the establishment of specialized professional colleges, and international cooperation. At the same time, it also studied the talent training mode of C Vocational College, such as "B+P+O" mode, the development of the modern apprenticeship system, and so on. This paper summarizes the experience and shortage of the college in the implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation, and then to the problem, put forward some suggestions to further improve the cooperation between colleges and universities, such as the innovation of internal governance model and feedback mechanism, to create a platform to share resources, promote corporate culture into the campus, the construction of a combination of teachers. |
