The swimmer's upper limb arm stroke action is mainly fixed movement with the central axis of the shoulder joint rotation.Although the shoulder joint does not produce propulsion for the swimmer's swimming,it is the most frequently used and most flexible ball and socket joint in the whole body motion range. It is inseparable from the performance of the athlete's stroke action. Its absolute strength, explosive power,Flexibility and other qualities as well as muscle coordination. Therefore, one of the focuses of strength training for swimmers is shoulder stability training.During the swimming forward, the propulsive force is generated from the stroke of the arm, including the speed of the frequency or the length of the stroke. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the strength of the muscles around the shoulder joint to improve the swimming performance of the athlete..At the same time, however, the shoulder joint frequently performs unrestricted use of flexion and extension, contraction, rotation, etc.,causing the most unstable joint to cause inevitable damage.Swimmers always ignore their relaxation on the shoulder joints during normal training, some necessary stretching exercises and exercises to enhance the strength of their shoulder muscles. The instability of the shoulder joint, resulting in imbalance of muscle strength, severely limits the range of swimmers' strokes. When the long-term movement becomes stiff and uncoordinated,it will affect the normal use of the shoulder joint, which will lead to the damage of the shoulder joint, which will make the performance of the swimmer's strength in the arena decline, and the performance of the athlete will be hindered.Endangering the sporting career.Based on the adverse effects of the instability of the shoulder joint of the swimmer, shoulder stability training is an essential part of strength training. The value of the stability is to strengthen the muscle strength of the shoulder muscles and promote the balance and stability of muscle strength.During the swimming process, the athlete maintains a good body streamline posture and shoulder joint position to the optimal force transmission and force use efficiency in the rower movement, and achieves the best athlete athletic ability state level.Shoulder joint stability training has now jumped out of the field of rehabilitation and is more widely used in athletes' daily strength training. The research content of this paper is to carry out different shoulder joint stability training for college swimmers in order to get the best training means, reveal the enhancement effect of the training on the strength of athletes' shoulder joint muscles, and improve the optimal force of arm rowing action. The transmission and the use efficiency of the force ensure the maintenance of the athletic ability level, prevent the injury of the shoulder joint, promote the functional recovery of the stable structure, and provide relevant experimental reference for the special strength training of the shoulder of the swimmer. In this study,18 members of the swimming team of Beijing Sports University were selected as experimental subjects. The same training method was used for different training methods, and the shoulder joint stability training experiment was carried out for 8 weeks. The experiment was divided into three different training groups(6 each),namely the shoulder ball group, the dumbbell group and the elastic band group. Before and after the experiment, the test results of the stability of the upper limbs, the flexibility of the shoulder joint, the isokinetic strength of the shoulder joint and the correlation of the sports performance of the three groups of experimental athletes were recorded. After measuring and comparing these data and comparing and analyzing, the results were obtained. The following conclusions:(1)By testing the stability of the upper limbs of the power chain, three different methods of shoulder joint stability training can improve the stability of the shoulder joints of swimmers, and the stability of the shoulder joints with the shoulder ball method. The training method is more advantageous than the elastic belt and dumbbell training methods.(2)While carrying out the shoulder joint stability training and adopting the reasonable shoulder joint relaxation stretching PNF method, the flexibility of the shoulders of the swimmers did not decrease, indicating that as long as the application is proper, the development of the flexibility and the stability of the shoulder joints are maintained.Training will not adversely affect the flexibility of the swimmer's shoulders.(3)After the shoulder joint stability training, the swimmer immediately launched the water to have a significant change in the subjective feeling of the shoulder joint during the process of swimming. In the early to mid-stage of the experiment, the subjective feelings of the tested athletes changed from poor to good until they reached the optimal state, indicating that the training was adaptively improved. In the mid to late stage of training, the subjective feelings of athletes gradually decline, which may be due to insufficient training load intensity or fatigue of muscle strength.(4)Through the test of isometric muscle strength of shoulder joints, three different methods of shoulder joint stability training have certain effects on the strength of shoulder muscles of swimmers.Although there is no significant difference in the ratio of the internal rotation/external rotation muscle strength which is the most representative of the stability of the shoulder joint, the ratio shows a downward trend before and after the experiment, indicating that the balance of the shoulder joint muscle strength is improved and the stability of the shoulder joint is enhanced..(5)Shoulder joint stability training did not significantly improve the swimmer's 50 m freestyle sports performance and 50 m self-ligating splint strokes.Because the sports performance is affected by multiple factors, this experimental stage is in the recovery cycle of the athletes. The participants have higher overall exercise level and relatively stable sports performance,so it is difficult to make substantial changes in sports performance.(6)Pearson correlation coefficient pointed out that the ratio of internal rotation/external rotation muscle strength in the isometric muscle strength test of the shoulder joint, the stability test result of the closed power chain upper limb and the 50 m freestyle performance of the swimmer and the score of the 50 m self-ligating splint Relevance. However, this alone cannot be used as a basis for judging the stability of shoulder joints for athletes' performance,as it may be affected by other factors such as training time and means.
