| Background:Muscle strength training has always occupied an important position for amateur fitness groups and athletes.Strengthening muscle strength is an important means for amateur fitness groups to shape their body shape and athletes to improve their competitive level.At present,the joint flexors and extensors is more focused in most of the content of muscle strength training in the fields of fitness and sports,but the training of strengthening joint rotation muscles is neglected.Although the flexors and extensors of the joints are the most used,practical,and functional muscle groups in the human body,the shoulder,knee,and forearm joint rotation muscles plays a not less important role in stability of overall movement and preventing sports injuries in some physical activities with a larger range of joint motions.However,due to the high demand for the rotation function of the shoulder,knee,and forearm joints,most training equipment on the market currently lack the function of training them.Purposes:Develop an integrated training device that can train the strength of the knee,shoulder,and forearm rotation muscles.Methods: Literature data method,logic analysis method,Computer-Aided Design,and structurefunction integrated design are adopted in the study.Use the literature method to check the knowledge of human anatomy,sports training,mechanics,physics and other disciplines,and sort out the relevant data of the three joints of the knee,shoulder,and forearm as the theoretical basis for device design.Use the logic analysis method to deeply analyze the anatomical characteristics of the knee,shoulder,forearm related joints,the joint rotation movement and the characteristics of the rotation muscle group,and determine the specific training form of the device according to the joint movement characteristics,and finally determine the design plan of each part of the device;Validate the relationship between the load state of the device and the load carried by the user through inference and deduction.The computer-aided design software SOLIDWORKS 2018 is used for device 2D sketching,part modeling,and the overall assembly 3D model of the device,and finally the engineering drawing of the device is formed..Results: An integrated strength training device that can train the knee,shoulder,and forearm rotators is developed,and the working principle,composition and structure of the device are introduced,and the relationship between the device and the user’s load under the load state of the device is analyzed and verified.The training device can conveniently perform targeted resistance training on the muscle strength of the rotation muscle group of the above three joints,which is beneficial to the body plasticity of the fitness crowd,the rehabilitation training of the sports injury crowd,and the improvement of the athlete’s competitive sports ability. |
