This study used the German isomed2 OOO isokinetic muscle force test and training system to test the flexor and extensor muscle group,adductor muscle group and rotating muscle group of Tianjin men’s handball athletes at different speeds.The relative peak torque(PT/BW),the percentage of peak torque difference(PTR)and the ratio of antagonistic muscle groups were analyzed,and the SPSS statistical analysis software and Microsoft Excel data were used to compare with domestic and foreign studies.It is found that there are weak links in shoulder muscles of men’s handball players in Tianjin,and the corresponding training programs are designed to provide guidance suggestions for later training.The results showed that :1.Under the two kinds of test speed,the muscle strength of the flexor and extensor muscle group,adductor muscle group and rotational muscle group of Tianjin men’s handball players showed dominant superiority relative to the non-accustomed side.The PTR ratio of flexor and extensor muscle group and rotating muscle group of 2.nine athletes is between 10% and 20%,and there is a slight imbalance.Zhou Qun and Wang Weixian have serious imbalance of muscle strength between the two sides of shoulder joint,which should be paid attention to.The H/Q ratio of flexor and extensor muscle group,adductor muscle group and rotating muscle group were all in the normal range in 3.nine players,and the H/Q ratio on both sides was also balanced,but the ratio H/Q rotating muscle group was relatively low.According to the research results,it is suggested that men’s handball players in Tianjin should focus on the training of shoulder joint explosive force,at the same time strengthen the practice of shoulder joint non-accustomed lateral muscle group,but also strengthen the training intensity of shoulder joint bilateral external rotation muscle group.2.,we should strengthen the training of maximum strength and rapid strength of shoulder muscle group between between Wang Weixian and Zhao Chenyang,increase the training intensity of the shoulder muscle group of Zhou Qun and Wang Weixian,and avoid the injury of shoulder joint caused by the serious imbalance of muscle strength on both sides of shoulder joint.
