Objective: By swimming performance and the shoulder joint muscle strength characteristic under the isokinetic muscle strength test of correlation analysis,to find can affect the national men’s water polo athletes swim speed performance mainly shoulder muscles, shoulder joint related muscles for coaches to athletes muscle targeted training to provide theoretical basis, and to provide a theoretical basis for the coaches to design reasonable training methods and the strength training of shoulder joints of athletes.Method: In this paper, relevant literatures were searched through Wanfang,Pub Med,CNKI,Web of Science, database and so on.The isokinetic muscle strength test system was used to test the shoulder joint of the national men’s water polo team athletes. The swimming speed of 11 members of National Men’s Water Polo Team(25m,50 m,100m and 200m)was tested,All data analysis was completed in SPSS 22.0software,and the standard error probability of significance in the analysis should be less than 0.05.Results:(1)The development of muscle strength of flexor, external rotation and adductor and abductor muscles on both sides of shoulder joint was balanced, and no significant difference was found.Under 60°/s centripetal contraction, the peak torque index and average power index of the right shoulder extensor group were significantly greater than that of the left shoulder extensor group, and the difference was significant(p=0.038).(2)25 m swimming performance and the right shoulder joint and muscle group and the low speed torque peak index has significant correlation(r= 0.657,p =0.026),and on the left side of the shoulder joint flexor muscle group in the total work fast index has significant correlation(r = 0.633,p = 0.028),and the right side of the shoulder joint flexor muscle group in the total work fast index has significant correlation(r= 0.638,p = 0.024),and the right side of the shoulder joint extensor group of fast total energy index has significant correlation(r=0.664,p=0.032).(3)The swimming performance in 50 m was significantly correlated with the total fast work index of the right shoulder flexor muscle group(r=0.609,p =0.026),the total fast work index of the left shoulder extensor muscle group(r=0.685,p=0.034),and the total fast work index of the right shoulder extensor muscle group(r=0.644,p=0.022).(4),100 m swimming performance and the right shoulder joint extensor group of fast total energy index has significant correlation(r=0.662,p= 0.036),and the right shoulder adduction muscle fast total energy index has significant correlation(r=0.655,p=0.045),the left shoulder joint flexor group of slow total energy index has significant correlation(r=0.774,p= 0.003),and the right shoulder adduction muscle group slow total energy index has significant correlation(r= 0.644,p= 0.037).(5)The swimming performance of 200 m was significantly correlated with the index of rapid peak torque of left shoulder flexor muscle(r=0.662,p=0.033),the index of slow peak torque of right shoulder flexor muscle(r=0.644,p=0.037),and the index of slow peak torque of left shoulder extensor muscle(r=0.783,p=0.007).Conclusions:(1)The national men’s water polo athletes had a balanced development of shoulder muscle strength under the test of 240°/s;Under 60°/s test, the maximum strength and working capacity of the centripetal extensor and internal rotation muscles of the left shoulder joint were significantly lower than those of the right, and there was a significant imbalance of muscle strength.(2)The 25 m swimming performance of national male water polo athletes is significantly correlated with the flexor muscle strength and flexor muscle strength and flexor muscle strength of the right shoulder joint under centripetal contraction.50 m swimming performance is significantly correlated with the working ability of right shoulder flexor and extensor muscle and left shoulder flexor and extensor muscle under centripetal contraction.The100 m swimming performance was significantly correlated with the flexor and extensor muscle and adductor muscle of the right shoulder joint under centripetal contraction. The swimming performance of 200 m was significantly correlated with the muscle strength of bilateral shoulder flexor group and left shoulder extensor group under centripetal contraction.(3)The muscle strength characteristics of flexor and extensor muscle and adductor muscle of shoulder joint of national male water polo athletes can be used as the evaluation index of swimming performance of 25 m,50m,100 m and200m,and can also be used as the prediction index of swimming performance.
