| In traditional villages, farmers develop their own behavioral logic with the thought of ethical standard and differential pattern, and social network provides various resources for farmers. However, with the development of rural modernization, farmers begin to show the trend of individualization, the social relations among farmers gradually loosen, and the infiltration of various market factors makes the traditional human relations begin to alienate. The de-organization of farmers makes the villages lose their original internal unity, and it is more and more difficult for farmers to organize. But in the D village of this survey, there is a kind of "interesting" organizational life.Based on the need of traditional human exchange and social status identification, farmers form service-oriented organizations around traditional ceremonial activities, and then let farmers consciously organize and form an organizational network. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of this organizational form and defines it as endogenous organization in the process of sociological research.Although endogenous organization is temporary,it achieves a reasonable division of labor, clear organizational objectives and large-scale development of its members in the process of operation, which makes the organization embedded in the unique field of rural areas and shows a rich organizational form.Organizational participants-farmers realize the orderly interaction of organizations by playing different roles in organizations. In the organization, the host, the guest and the helper undertake different organizational tasks and interact with each other at different levels.Owing to the influence of rural economy, relational capital and culture, the organization has dual operating logic.Behind the organizational behavior of seemingly human exchange is more the economic considerations of the members of the organization. The members of the organization will selectively control their own behavior according to the economic resources and relational capital of the clients they serve. When the organizer’s economic strength is relatively strong, the organizer members hope to achieve the transformation of human relations through organizational mutual assistance, and take the opportunity to obtain market resources. However, when the organizer’s economic strength is weak and social evaluation is low, members will conduct various "off-stage" behaviors within the boundaries of human relations without destroying them.In addition, the operation of the organization will also be affected by various kinds of relational capital, the strength of the relational capital of the members of the organization directly affects the efficiency and mode of organization management;the rural authority culture has realized the self-conscious management of the organization, and the members of the organization will actively listen to the arrangement under the influence of the authority culture, but when the authority culture declines and the appeal of the managers declines, the members of the organization will respond to it.Organizational managers challenge authority. At present, the research on rural organizations is mainly focused on various economic cooperation organizations, but less attention is paid to temporary organizations in rural areas. The endogenous organizations discussed in this paper are based on traditional ceremonial activities in rural areas. The time of organizing activities is temporary, but it effectively realizes the organizational life of farmers. To carry out the research on Rural Endogenous organizations, theoretically speaking, can better explore rural organizational life from a micro perspective, and enrich the theoretical research of rural informal organizations. As far as practice is concerned, through the analysis of the operation basis of endogenous organizations in rural areas, this paper explores various forms of rural organizations. While analyzing the predicament of farmers’ organization,it also clarifies the possible ways of farmers’ reorganization, and puts forward new development paths for rural governance. |
