Rural social organizations have become an important participation force in rural governance, community development and rural construction.Cultivating rural social organizations is an important way to realize rural governance and rural revitalization in the new era. Therefore, different models are derived to cultivate rural social organizations, among which the two more common models are divided into the government-led exogenous support model and the endogenous power model. In practice,it is found that social organizations cultivated by exogenous support model fall into mechanical problems in the subsequent development process, which are caused by various reasons. The situation of rural social organizations cultivated by endogenous power model is relatively good in the process of development. It is intended to demonstrate whether endogenous model can become an alternative model through concrete practical exploration,so as to solve the problems faced. The author has carried on the systematic analysis and comparison from the different cultivation mode, development power, operation mode, personnel framework and development course of the two rural social organizations. In the process of research and analysis,it is concluded that the single endogenous power cultivation model is not perfect and cannot completely replace the external student support model.Further research on its development history shows that the endogenous model will also face some similar problems as the exogenous support model. Therefore,it explores the path suitable for the cultivation of rural social organizations for analysis and exploration. Therefore, the author puts forward two ways to solve the problem of rural social organization cultivation in the practical research, namely "mechanism perfection" and "integration of internal and external".Therefore,"mechanism perfection" refers to the deficiencies in the mechanism design of the two different modes.Targeted measures such as improving policies, changing management modes, increasing resource support and so on should be taken to improve the cultivation mechanism. In practice,it is found that the solution to the problem of exogenous support mode can be started from enhancing the direction of endogenous power, and the solution to the deficiency of endogenous power mode can be carried out from strengthening the support of external forces."Integration of inside and outside" combines the advantages of the two modes to form a new cultivation mode. There are complementarities and embeddedness between the two cultivation modes in mechanism design. Therefore, the integration of inside and outside is feasible in both theory and practice. The two current mainstream cultivation modes have a certain degree of local adaptability, and the suitable cultivation modes are different in different regions. On the basis of the summary, this paper also makes a reflection and puts forward some measures, hoping to provide new ideas for solving the problems facing the cultivation of rural social organizations.
