ADHD is a common neurological disorder in school aged children.ADHD children because of their behavioral problems,so that they become the headache characters in the eyes of the teacher in the school,at home become the troubled children in the eyes of the family members.The behavior deviation of the children with ADHD will affect the individual's development in adulthood,take problems in daily work and life,interpersonal communication,it is easy to fall into distress,frustration,self-confidence,even will produce depression.Most of the existing studies are based on the medical and educational perspective.Can social work be involved in behavioral deviation in ADHD children?What patterns are applicable to children with ADHD?In this study,we selected the ADHD children in C primary school in Nanjing as the research object,and tried to use the cognitive behavior therapy to intervene the behavioral deviation,and promote the the development of positive behavior.In this study,semi-structured interviews and participant observation methods were used to collect the data.The results showed that children with ADHD had different behaviors.At the psychological level,showing attention to concentration difficulties,impulsive,emotional changes violent.At the level of behavior,it shows that there are many movements and activities,opposition and defiance,discipline,violation of others,interpersonal difficulties.Further study found that the behavior of children with ADHD has three aspects:physical,psychological and social environment.In view of the specific situation of the case,this study chooses the cognitive behavioral therapy mode to intervene to help the victim correctly recognize his own mistakes and irrational cognition,establish the correct rational cognition,alleviate the emotional distress,correct the attention,hyperactivity,and so on,help improve the way of family communication,enhance parent-child relationship,get family members,teachers and students to understand and support,and improve interpersonal skills,build social support network,and finally through the effect assessment,achieved good results.The use of cognitive behavioral therapy to correct the behavioral bias of ADHD children in the treatment,has certain advantages in the treatment methods,treatment technology and treatment standards,but there are some problems,such as the neglect of their discussion,help for specific groups of limited use.Social workers play different roles in the service process,including enabler,supporter,healer,resource mobilizer,etc.,in the specific intervention process needs to change the role according to the actual situation,to promote the correction of the behavior of the owner.ADHD children behavior deviation correction,need school,social workers work together.Family improve communication,enhance parent-child relationship;school change education,improve students' cognition and behavior;social workers improve their professional skills,professional intervention method.At the same time,it is hoped that more researchers,social workers and others will participate in the correction of behavioral deviation in ADHD children and contribute to their strength.
