| The behavioral deviations caused by ADHD adversely affect the child’s own life and learning,as well as threaten the safety of other students on campus.The public does not know enough about ADHD,a common childhood disease,and the acceptance of ADHD children is not enough.They think that the problem of ADHD children is due to poor behavior or lack of family education.There are negative effects.Parents and teachers simply take punitive measures for their destructive behavior.This improper handling method is not conducive to solving the problem of ADHD children.On the contrary,it will increase their rebellious emotions and further aggravate ADHD children’s opposition,aggression,defiance and other deviations.Behavior.The problem of ADHD children must be paid attention to and intervened in the primary school stage,otherwise the symptoms will often continue to the middle school and even adulthood,which will adversely affect their future work and life.Therefore,it is very important to intervene the behavioral deviation of ADHD children in primary school,repair their social function,improve their school situation,and help them adapt to school life.In the current research,when social workers intervene in such groups as children with ADHD,they mostly use the method of casework to intervene,and the dimension of intervention is relatively single.However,the causes of behavioral deviation problems in children with ADHD are complex and the needs are multiple.The method can take multi-dimensional intervention actions,integrate the resources of peer groups,families,schools,and society,respond to the diverse needs of children with ADHD,and provide more comprehensive services.This study adopts the research methods of case study and unstructured interview,and uses the concept of case management to study the intervention process,method and service effect of classic case management cases.In the study,the feasibility and necessity of case management intervention in ADHD children’s deviant behavior problems were discussed,and the practical experience of social workers in providing case management services for behavioral deviant ADHD children was refined,summarized and reflected,and proposed to improve the behavioral deviation correction cases of ADHD children.Strategies to manage service effectiveness. |
