With the development of the economic situation,the national income is constantly rising,and the consumption demand is changing.The salary level and performance appraisal of secondary vocational school teachers is increasingly influencing the satisfaction of teachers and the development of secondary vocational school education.The author takes the performance appraisal of SW secondary vocational schools in Henan Province.Specifically,this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the significance,content,research methods,domestic and foreign related theories,research innovation and so on.The second section is the design and implementation of SW secondary vocational school teacher performance appraisal implementation effect satisfaction survey,On the basis of introducing the background of SW secondary vocational school and the present situation of SW secondary vocational school teachers' performance appraisal system,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the topic setting,the statistical scale are elaborated.The third chapter is the analysis of SW secondary vocational school teachers' satisfaction with the implementation of performance appraisal,including the overall status of teachers' satisfaction with the implementation of performance appraisal and teachers' satisfaction with performance appraisal based on the difference of measurement indicators.Chapter IV is about Problems and reform proposals of SW secondary vocational school performance appraisal system.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.This part summarizes the research,and reflects on and prospects the existing problems in the investigation and research process.The distinguishing feature of this paper lies in quantitative statistics and analysis of secondary vocational school teachers' performance satisfaction,combining quantitative research with qualitative research,supporting by sufficient data,and qualitative analysis of relevant issues.At the same time,the deep-seated and multi-dimensional reasons affecting the performance satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers are analyzed systematically.Enriching the theoretical research on the construction of teachers' performance system in secondary vocational schools,will provide theoretical reference for future single(especially SW secondary vocational schools)or regional reform of teachers' performance system in secondary vocational schools.
