At present,in order to encourage the diversified development of talents,the university provides more space and time for independent development of college students,which makes the leisure time of contemporary college students be greatly increased.Whether the increasing leisure time is used by college students reasonably is not only a problem that contemporary college students themselves must pay attention to,but also a high degree of concern of universities.Nowadays,especially the extensive use of information network technology,it not only provides technical support for the increase of college students' leisure time,but also opens the door for college students to study in their leisure time.At the same time,it also opens the window for students' killing time boringly and ineffectively.For example,the development of network information technology provides a wealth of learning resources and diverse communication tools for college students to learn,so that college students can learn relevant knowledge and skills by combining their own needs and interests,expand their professional knowledge,and improve their knowledge structure.It helps college students strengthen their self-improvement and strive to cultivate themselves into a comprehensive quality talent with all-round development of morality,intelligence,art and work.However,we also see that some students in the college are obsessed with the Internet,and their leisure time is wasted in the boring fantasy world.With the rapid development of society,science and technology are changing with each passing day,knowledge is increasing with explosive speed,and the demand of ability and quality for talents is gradually improving.If college students can make full use of the advantages of the network to study on leisure time,it will be of great significance to their own development.Through reading related literatures,the paper conducts the important factors affecting college students' leisure time learning under the network environment,namely,personal subject factors,online learning resources and learning environment.On this basis,the paper designs and compiles corresponding questionnaire,which is named “the current situation of college students' leisure time learning under thenetwork environment”.Before the issuance of the formal questionnaire,a small number of pre-tests were conducted.On the basis of results,the questionnaire is adjusted and improved to ensure it can accurately reflect the reality.As a supplement to the relevant content of the questionnaire,the paper adds interviews in order to grasp the solutions more objectively and deeply.Through questionnaires and interviews for college students,finding that under the network environment,the problems that college students learn in their leisure time are: students' learning attitude of leisure time is not correct;online learning motivation and information literacy are lacking;time planning is not scientific,etc.The quality of e-learning resources is uneven,the content is scattered and disordered;the network learning platform is insufficient in function;and it is difficult to meet the learning needs.In the network learning environment,students lack mutual learning and communication;the hardware facilities provided by the school need to be improved;and the network learning platform is not be paid attention.In response to existing problems,the paper proposed solution strategy from the individual,teacher,and school levels.According to the theory of constructivism,the study of college students' leisure time in the network environment is mainly the process of students constructing the meaning of learning independently.The role of teachers is guider,instructor and helper,while the school mainly supports on learning resources and learning environment.Based on the analysis of the problem,the paper proposes that students should cultivate correct leisure time learning attitudes;improve their online information literacy and strengthen their motivation of online learning;master effective leisure time management methods to improve leisure time learning ability.Teachers reform the teaching mode to guide students to learn independently;help students build a learning community to play an important role in guiding,helping.Universities should strengthen training of teachers' information literacy skills;integrate online learning resources,enrich online teaching resources;and improve learning hardware facilities to provide learning support.
