With the advancement of urbanization in China, the number of landless peasants has grown with a difficult social situation, attracting much attention from the state, the media, and the academic community. And one of the important indicators to measure whether it is truly urbanized is their life satisfaction. Therefore, the social situation and life satisfaction level of early landless farmers have become a hot issue in the academic circles to study the landless farmers. This study aims to highlight the medical dilemma faced by the early landless peasant groups and the significant impact on life satisfaction, and proposes feasible suggestions for alleviating the medical burden of the early landless peasants. This study reviews the relevant literatures on life satisfaction and its influencing factors and medical burden. From a comparative perspective, based on the vicious circle of poverty and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, using the data and related characterizations of the questionnaires collected in 2017 on the T community, interviewing data explored the medical burden level, life satisfaction and the impact mechanism of the early landless farmersThe final research results show that early landless farmers have lower life satisfaction, face serious medical burden, and are more likely to fall into the predicament of "poor disease due to illness",and personal outpatient burden level and family medical burden level have significant impacts on their life satisfaction. Most of the research hypotheses proposed in this paper have been verified. This study has certain reference value for supplementing the life satisfaction research framework of land-losing farmers, and it is also conducive to enhancing the social presence and social attention of the early-lost peasant groups, and prompting relevant departments to solve the urgent appeal of this group.
