The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Teachers shoulder the important historical mission of "the important cornerstone of the country's prosperity and strength,national revitalization and people's happiness".The Party and the state have placed the construction of teachers in a prominent position.Teachers in the new era should become a good teacher of "four possessions".Many experts and scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the subject of teacher team building,and put forward many insightful views.Strengthening the construction of teachers is the key field of our country's current education reform.Promoting the healthy development of teachers' team construction through education supervision is an important management measure.With the gradual deepening of the reform of teachers' team construction in the new era,the development planning of middle school teachers' team,as an important part of the construction of teachers' team,has been paid more and more attention,but from the perspective of supervision.However,there are few plans for the development of the teaching staff.Teachers' team building is the key element of the connotation development of schools,and education supervision is not only an effective mechanism to improve the level of running schools,but also an important grasp to promote the professional development of teachers.Based on reinforcement theory and "Dai Minghuan" theory,this paper chooses Zhangzhou directly public schools as a case study of teacher development planning supervision.From the aspects of school development planning,teacher team development planning,teacher motivation,teacher team building and supervision effectiveness,and supervision professionalization,and referring to other scholars' research,this paper compiles a questionnaire on teacher development planning supervision.Conduct field interviews.In the field survey,the author interviewed one-to-one the school leaders and front-line teachers of Zhangzhou Education Bureau,Education Supervisory Department,Zhangzhou Middle School.Combining with the questionnaire,the author elaborated the compilation,structure,post performance,continuing education and the operation of supervision mechanism of the teaching staff,and elaborated the systematic footprint of compiling the teacher development plan and the teacher personnel management body.This paper makes an analysis and comparison in four aspects: department,teacher development planning incentive system and educational supervision and accountability mechanism.On the basis of investigation and analysis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supervision of middle school teachers' development planning from three perspectives of teacher development planning,personnel management and supervision mechanism,taking the four responsibilities of the government,schools,teachers and supervision departments as well as the thinking of "three objects and four dimensions",with a view to promoting the educational and teaching level of Zhangzhou directly public schools.Take a new step.This study provides a new perspective for the development of planning supervision of Zhangzhou Teachers' Development,puts forward some pertinent suggestions,and promotes the implementation of education supervision system.In terms of time,it also summarizes the experience of supervising the implementation of teacher development planning for Zhangzhou Bureau of Education,so as to improve the level of teacher professionalization.
