With the continuous promotion and deepening of basic education teaching reform,new curriculum standards,new teaching materials,new college entrance examination was gradually launched in the country,the new situation of social development had raised new expectations for talent training.the 2017 edition of the Biology Curriculum standard of high school took the development of students ’ subject core competencies as the purpose of curriculum training,and put forward the cultivation of students ’ core competencies from four dimensions of life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.This study explored the impact on the development of students ’ core competencies from the perspective of biological exercise design and exercise teaching in senior high school,in order to provide reference materials for implementing the requirements of curriculum standards and promoting the penetration of subject core literacy concepts in exercise design and teaching.In this study,literature research method was used to systematically sort out the relevant domestic and foreign literature on exercise design and related teaching,which laid a theoretical foundation for this study;The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the current situation and existing problems of first-line teachers ’ exercise design under the guidance of subject core competencies,which established the research starting point of this thesis;According to the theory of exercise design and the requirements of high school biology curriculum standards,the evaluation framework of exercise design was constructed,and the exercise cases based on subject core competencies design was formed;Combining with the characteristics of biology,the teaching design of exercise course was carried out,and a semester of high school biology teaching practice research was carried out.The results showed that the core competencies level of high school students can be improved by exercise design and exercise course teaching under the guidance of the core competencies of biology.
