| With the changes in lifestyles and habits,the lack of physical activity and physical decline of young people has become an indisputable fact and seriously threatens the physical and mental health of young people.The basketball project has a good mass foundation in China,but at present,the youth basketball program is generally characterized by scarcity of teaching materials,the teaching effectiveness evaluation system is not perfect,and it is mostly aimed at professional youth basketball players,and it is not suitable for ordinary students and young basketball fans.The effect of youth basketball teaching has no rules to follow,and the chaos in training has greatly restricted the development of young basketball talents.Therefore,the development of basketball physical fitness assessment rules for ordinary students is not only conducive to the orderly operation of youth basketball teaching effects,but also promotes the formation of adolescents’ physical health and lifelong sports habits.This research mainly uses the literature research method,expert interview method,Delphi method,test method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to determine the physical fitness test indicators of the middle school students’ basketball program in Beijing,according to the indicators selected by the experts,the physical quality test was conducted on more than 900 middle school students in the urban area of Beijing,thus determining the physical fitness test index system of the middle school students’basketball program in Beijing,the physical fitness evaluation standards for middle school students’ basketball programs in the three stages of urban ages 13-14,15-16 and 17-18 were established.Concluded as follow:(1)Determine the physical fitness test index system for middle school students’basketball programs in Beijing urban area’s should follow the "target principle","reliability principle","integrity principle","objectivity principle","scientific principle","systematic Principles and the principle of concise operability.(2)There are 12 physical fitness test indicators for middle school students in Beijing urban areas,including:strength test indicators:Bounce in the air and turn basketball","Limited long jump","eight-level abdominal "bridge","in situ" Feet jumping high","helping to run with one foot and jumping high";speed test indicators:"5.8 meters acceleration run","full field 3/4 field acceleration run";endurance test indicators:"15 meters x 15 times Return running(13-14 years old),"15 meters × 17 rounds of return running(15-18 years old)";sensitive test ind,cators:"double shake rope";balance test indicators:"single foot swallow balance";Flexibility test indicators:"sitting body flexion","double hand-held shoulder loop".(3)The test data of more than 900 students participating in the study were tested for normal distribution,and the percentile method was used to construct the evaluation criteria for the physical fitness test of the three middle-aged basketball students in the urban area of Beijing. |
