| Competitive Calisthenics belongs to the skill-leading category of difficult and beautiful events.It is a sport that the athletes show the non-stop,high-intensity,complex and novel Calisthenics Movement ability under the Bright Music Accompaniment of drum beats.Nowadays,the development of competitive aerobics is multi-element,multi-direction and multi-element.Under this trend,the artistry of competitive aerobics sets is gradually enhanced.Nowadays,the competitive ability of athletes from different countries is quite close,the promotion of art score becomes the key factor to win.Using the methods of documentary,expert interview,mathematical statistics,video analysis and comparative analysis,this study analyzed and compared the art scoring contents and rules of the competition rules in 2013-2016 and 2017-2020 And analyzed the top five mixed doubles in the final of the 2016 World Aerobics Championship and the top five mixed doubles in the 2018 World Aerobics Championship,as well as a total of 11 sets of videos of the Chinese team,mainly from the music,the conduct content,the main body content,the project space utilization,the project art performance five parts to carry on the analysis,from which analyzes our country sets in the above five parts and other team’s difference,comparing the problems of our country,providing scientific basis for the training of the team and the arrangement of the whole set in the future,and providing theoretical reference for the improvement of the technique of our sports team and relevant personnel in the industry,for the 16 th World Aerobics Championship mixed double event to bring new opportunities.The results show that the following problems still exist in China:1.The chosen music style is closer to the expression of the theme of the whole set of movements,and the music with distinct rhythm is conducive to showing the strength and intensity of the aerobics movements,and can render the whole set of atmosphere and enhance the momentum of the performers,enhance the effect of action infectiousness.2.The gymnastic movement distribution is not balanced,the physical ability needs to be strengthened.The Chinese team exercises the combination to present "the few combination,the multi-unit" the condition,the distribution is not widespread,several exercises the unit to pile up together,the ornamental is not good,moreover the athlete physical ability has the obvious insufficiency in the complete set latter half.3.The main content lacks artistry.The artistic quality of the main content can be demonstrated by lifting,transitional connection,cooperative action,team cooperation,peer relationship and technical action,which the Chinese team lacks in the arrangement.4.Space Utilization is low.In the movement of route,the team of our country reduces the use times of single route,increases the movement times of the whole route,the use rate of the plane space is not high,which leads to the bad visual effect of the whole set,and has a great influence on the artistic score.5.Poor handling of details,creativity and presentation.The control of the details in the set directly affects the quality of the set performance and is the key to the artistic evaluation There is a big gap between the expression of facial expression and body language of Chinese team and that of foreign excellent sports teams.After discussing and analyzing the problems in the article,the following countermeasures are summarized:1.Enhance the distinctive style of music and action to show uniqueness and novelty.2.The arrangement of the whole set of contents and the physical training ensure the fluency and rationality of the whole set.3.Add lift,transition connection and dynamic coordination of the artistic and ornamental.4.Use the space skillfully,reflecting the sense of hierarchy and balance.5.Strengthens the athlete facial expression and the body language management,increases the set of infectivity and the performance.6.To enhance the international voice of our country in competitive aerobics... |
