A Research On The Professional Happiness Of Politics Teachers In Senior Middle School

Teachers are the main force in the development of education.If teachers are happy or not is related to the long-term development of China’s education.The paper,which is base on the domestic and foreign literature,and through surveys and interviews,analysis the politics teachers’ situationof professional happiness and the affecting factors.The paper also gives some opinions sbout how to improve the teachers’ happiness.The second part describes the theoretical basis for the teaching profession and the real meaning of happiness.Theoretical basis includes hierarchy theory,expectancy theory,equity theory and humanistic theories.The third part analysis the politics teachers’ feelings of happiness by the result of survey.The results showed that the majority of the teachers fell less happy.According to the different backgrounds it shou that male political teachers’ professional happiness is higher than the female.With the age growing occupation happiness is also rising.Seniority,job title,and its conclusion are consistent.As for education,the people with higher education fell more happy.It doesn’t matter if you are the head teacher.So are the number of the class.The teacher in the key senior high school fell happier then ordirary senior high school.The fourth part analysis witch affected their feelings of professional happiness.It includes the teachers’ personal reasons,vocational and school factors,social factors,and so on.The fifth part gives some advice from three aspects:individuals,schools,and socirty.You should maintain a good attitude,and have harmonious relationships.At the same time,you should improve your ability.The school should strengthen the teachers’ ethics training,and focus on their own school-based research.The society should increase investment,and create an atmosphere of respect for teachers.
