At present,the major social contradiction in China has undergone an important transformation,especially the imbalance between urban and rural development.The occurrence of this phenomenon makes the rapid development of cities and towns in stark contrast to the inadequate development of rural areas,and an important factor for the formation of this imbalance is talent.In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and fulfilling the great mission of rural revitalization strategy,we need to rely on talents to promote the process of rural development.After referring to domestic and foreign literatures,this study deeply understands the importance of rural talents to rural revitalization,understands that rural talent revitalization is an important step of rural revitalization,and analyzes the inseparable relationship between rural talents and rural revitalization.According to the types of rural talents,they are classified into management talents,technical talents and operational talents,which are conceptually explained.On the basis of understanding the importance of rural talents,this paper finds out the problems in the current development of rural talents in China,and then USES AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to calculate the weight according to the relevant evaluation data of talents,so as to establish the evaluation index system of rural talents.According to the different degree of rural development,the talent in the six counties(libo county,guiding county,weng ’an county,dushan county,huishui county and longli county)in qiannan prefecture of guizhou province were classified according to the talent classification,and then evaluated from the three aspects of talent quantity,talent quality and talent structure.In the process of field survey and data collection of qiannan six county population status quo and integrate the talent development situation and using extreme value method to standardization of data,according to establish rural talents evaluation index to score six part talent present situation,and follow the order from large to small to judge qiannan six part of rural talent development,evaluation results are obtained.Then it analyzes and studies the main problems and causes of talent revitalization in qiannan prefecture,and summarizes and puts forward policy Suggestions. |
