Based on the background that our country attaches great importance to the construction of teachers' team,this paper uses empirical research method to understand the current situation of junior middle school history teachers' job burnout in Western China,further analyses the internal and external factors affecting the job burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China,and puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China based on the results of data research.The paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1,gives a brief introduction to the research background,ideas,contents and methods.Chapter 2,using empirical research method to test the differences,presents the scores of each dimension of junior middle school history teachers' burnout in Western China,and there are significant differences in different levels of independent variables.There are three parts to test the differences.One is based on demographic variables,the other is based on the status quo of history education in junior middle schools in Western China,and the third is based on the status quo of history teaching in junior middle schools in Western China.Chapter 3,summarizes the internal and external factors that affect the burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China from the results of Chapter 2.The external factors affecting the burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China are: unreasonable Title Evaluation mechanism,unreasonable enrollment system in Colleges and universities,low per capita disposable income of junior middle school history teachers;insufficient attention paid by school leaders to the subject of junior middle school history,excessive work assignments for junior middle school history teachers and unreasonable feedback on the evaluation of junior middle school history teachers.Students' enthusiasm for history learning is low.On the side,the internal factors affecting the burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China are mainly caused by their lack of professional sentiment,professional knowledge and skills,i.e.lack of historical education sentiment and lack of internal driving force for professional development;simply and mechanically repeating the knowledge taught,resulting in burnout of historical professional knowledge;single and solidified history teaching skills,weakening students' History study enthusiasm.Chapter 4,from the internal and external factors that affect the burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China described in Chapter 3,puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the burnout of junior middle school history teachers in Western China from three levels of individuals,schools and the state.Personally speaking,history teachers in junior middle schools in the western China should plan their career of history education reasonably and improve their driving force of professional development;establish the concept of lifelong learning,update and supplement the history professional knowledge in time;attach importance to the role of reflection in history teaching,and constantly improve their own history teaching and evaluation skills.From the school level,schools should rationally arrange work tasks,pay attention to the physical and mental health of junior middle school history teachers;pay attention to the construction of History,build a platform for junior high school history teachers' professional development;establish a fair and reasonable evaluation mechanism,and play an incentive role of evaluation feedback.At the national level,the state should reform the current system of enrollment and evaluation of professional titles in Colleges and universities to stimulate the willingness of excellent educators to teach;further implement the spirit of Yijian,improve the salary of junior middle school history teachers,protect the vital interests of teachers;deeply understand the training needs of junior middle school history teachers,and establish a more targeted training mechanism.The last part of the paper is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results of my article and reflects on the shortcomings of my research.
