In recent years, some kindergarten teachers hint the media frequently by inappropriate behaviors such as punishing children, beating students. These behaviors were the core of depersonalization which was one of the three components of occupational burnout. These events have occurred in other areas, so we want to know how about the western Liaoning province? What level was the occupational burnout of preschool teachers from western liaoning? What factors caused their occupational burnout? How to reduce the kindergarten teachers’ occupation burnout? The answers to these questions can not only further accumulation of new data testing the occupation burnout theory, but also provide support for the scientific management and professional development of kindergarten teachers. In order to answer the above questions, this paper used two revised-questionnaires to investigate the kindergarten teachers from Western Liaoning. A total of 1000 questionnaires were released, and 772 valid questionnaires returned. The SPSS was used for analysis of the survey results. The results indicated that the average scores of occupational burnout of western Liaoning kindergarten teachers’ ranged from none to slight degree; although about 11 percent teachers scored medium degree. And the results also showed that teachers came from lower income, private kindergarten, longer service years, and city zone had higher scores than other groups. Moreover, the size of kindergarten class was key factors influencing teachers’ occupational burnout, the bigger size, the higher scores. Based on the results mentioned above, five strategies were put forth. First, some teachers’ income should be increased, especially those in city zone. Second, the negative influence of big size of class should be reduced. Third, teachers from public kindergartens should be paid more attention. Fourth, the depersonalization of teachers with bachelor degree should be reduced. Fifth, the feeling of achievement of teachers should be increased.
